Im 64 and have balance and endurance issues. Also walking bent over. Love the exercises and they are helping. How many reps. Do you recommend for starting new movements and eventually as a daily routine? Thanks for the help.

The 1st exercise is more of a habit to develop than a certain number of reps. The others, 10-15 repetitions is a good starting point for most people, but that's not an absolute number. Just start with what you can do and progress from there.
