    What are your thoughts on calisthenics for the over 50 crowd?

      Calisthenics are overall good exercises, but as with most exercises it depends on your technique and fitness level. So they're good for some, but not for all.

    ❤ You are a good teacher. Love the wall exercises‼️ Do you have another video to show someone 50+ how to start with other exercises using the wall, bands etc? Ty.

    How to get over fear of hurting yourself? After a shoulder problem, for instance, fear of causing another issue. Want to use heavier weights, build strength. I have a mind block (!) Stuck in playing it safe mode even though not making progress. Yet I know, as you said, aging and losing strength; not maintaining. If that makes sense. Help!

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  8 месяцев назад +4

      Gradual progression is the key
      You don't want to jump straight from 10 lbs to 100 lbs for example.
      If 10 is OK, try 15. If 15 is OK, try 20. Then 25, 30, etc. If you increase slowly, even if you have a mild setback, you probably won't majorly injur something.
