    My inner knee hurts after running for 5 days . I'm taking a rest and now I'm feeling comfortable. When should i start exercising

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  Месяц назад +3

      The thing about running injuries is that they usually feel better when you rest them, but no matter how much rest you take, once you start running the same milage again, the pain comes back unless you fix your running form. You'd need to have someone evaluate you in person to figure out what you're doing wrong. Here are 2 videos that may give you some ideas.

    Wondering why I only have knee pain when I go to sit down. The pain is in the front right in the middle and strikes when I'm halfway down. It's pretty intense. I do use my heels and keep my knees stable and facing a bit out as I've seen on videos.

    Hi I only feel a weird hot tendon-ish pain along the outside of my knee when I kneel. Never when I walk or anything else. Just started up a few weeks ago. So I'm avoiding kneeling . What do you think it may be ?

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  23 дня назад +1

      It's hard to say based on that information alone, and you'd really need to get it checked out in person for a proper diagnosis. Depending on where on the outside of the knee it is, it could be patellofemoral (knee cap) tracking issue, fibular nerve, vastus lateralis (quad muscle), among other things. In the meantime, probably wise to avoid kneeling until you get it figured out. Good luck!

      I have done a knee replacement may of thi year knee is still swollen but pain is controlled .what do you think happened

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  Месяц назад

      @@soniafyffe6594 it's not uncommon for a replaced knee to stay (slightly) larger that the other side for months, years, or indefinitely. Arthritis affects the lymph vessels located in the joint capsule, and that doesn't magically restore itself after a knee replacement. Now, if it's massively swollen, make sure to check in with your surgeon to rule out blood clots, infections, or other complications. Those are rare, but they do happen.
