In an era of sterile white and gray mansions, it’s so refreshing to see a house that has color and feels like people actually live there. Such a beautiful home!
My in-laws and my husband and I renovated a duplex together. It’s crazy how much different our sides are. Theirs in so light. Everything light. We are the opposite. Dark rich browns, greens, blues, dark granite a very earth toned palette. Literally a yin and yang house.
No cause when you go back and listen to interviews and episodes of uhh/ the bald and the beautiful while they were together you can clearly hear all the red flags of David and how weird the whole thing was.
Was looking for someone talking about this..trixie mentioning him so much and all the little details of them as a couple like the portrait and the peacocks 😢
@jesmyjesokay this explains why LVP never featured Villa Rosa, only her other villa. Same goes with Yolanda Hadid never featuring her Pennsylvania ranch, only the Texas one. And why Jesse Ferguson has two featured houses here.
THIS is the rich people 'bs' i LOVE... this is how ppl should be doing it!!! small businesses, crediting artists, gay, pink, camp, thought out designs, gah i love Trixie so much
This sounds wicked fun, I know I would stay in that kind or environment especially since I never had a sleep away camp experience, so as an adult it would be amazing.
@kittenkats This was honestly my vision for Season 2 before I knew they were doing the house -- ever since the Camp Trixie collection was released! We need a swimmable lake, a small heated pool for spring & fall, several small cabins for rent AND a couple of youth-hostel-style dorms with bunk beds (for us poors), a dining hall, drag-style art/makeup/craft classes, sportsballs (definitely tetherball), nightly bonfires, singalongs and s'mores. Winter cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. Maybe four themed week-long adult camps per year with guest mentors, like a Halloween-style drag camp in October, improv/drama camp in January, maybe a music camp in the spring, and a Scouts-type summer camp where you can earn badges in basic survival skills. I think this would be a dream-come-true for so many people!
I remember Jinkx making the comment that "Trixie knows how to have money" with regard to how beautifully curated her workspace was, and I feel that sums this up perfectly! Everything is 👌! 💖
Not only is it a gorgeous house, but we really appreciate the fact that you shout out local businesses and craftsmen who were involved in realizing this. It’s a respect thing and is priceless to small business owners.
@TotalmenteEng well at least 4k is still understandable for a bed. I really fell for the 5M and was so surprised that I had to check in the comments to make sure of that
Trixie, I was the first person to renovate that house I put in all those plants and designed the backyard. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the home. I miss the most out of the house all the outdoor spaces. It’s a such a pleasure to see you. Take care of that home, my name is Fausto Alba. I was a hairdresser in Los Angeles. I live in Salt Lake City now my kids are 16 and triplets two gay parents.
Knowing that this big entrepreneur, successful, independent businesswoman grew up in a trailer park in Wisconsin just makes me happy. She is the living proof of "trust the process"
I mean, no. She's very talented, has worked very hard and come very far, she deserves this fully, I love her, but that does not make the process fair or to be trusted. For every Trixie there are millions of talented trailer park kids who did not get so lucky
Honestly, werk. Brian/Tracy is the result of growing up in a trailer. She said let me just prove everyone wrong. To all the homophobes: eat the rich first :) we’re keeping this one!
It’s a skill set too. That ability to build a brand and build a business, on top of just ambition and talent. I don’t have it, that amazing business sense. Much to my dismay.
this is absolutely my kind of "how would i design my house if i were rich" like get out with the beige house and in with customized stained glass inspired by you and your husband.
My favorite part of watching the show was hearing David constantly tell you how hardworking you are and how much you deserve this. I’m really glad to know that you hear that often, Trixie. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and family with us. 💞
And seeing him crying when telling her this is so beautiful as well. I love about trixies work ethic is that u cant be mad at her success. Love when she said if u went to see trixie and katya live u paid for this house. That shows the results of then working their assess off
This legitimately makes me completely reimagine how I could decorate my home. I'm living here FOR ME. Who cares about "neutral tones for resale"! I absolutely adore Trixie's house and she's not joking, legitimately the coolest reno show on TV. That rose quartz! Can you believe?
To be a little morbid: I have some chronic health issues, so... y'know. I also have an accent wall in every room, installed Talavera tile in the kitchen and around the fireplace, put up little mirror accents in the front entryway, replaced all the doors and light fixtures, and just put up this openwork circular accent on the kitchen passthrough. You never know how long you'll actually have in where you live-enjoy your space while you have it!
that's how I am with black walls. Big home decor tells u it's taboo & shrinks the space, but they're wrong. it's amazing behind a wall mount TV, & I love my blacked out dungeon of a bedroom it's a sensory deprivation dream. whatever it is you like, trust your instincts and go for it!
This is so much better than any AD house tour because Trixie was so involved in the design of this house that she has so much to say about every room and the choices they made. So many AD house tours are stilted and no one can really say anything about any of the rooms because they were so divorced from the design process. That being said, house is gorgeous.
They are uncomfortable with photographs of themselves (showing affection they have to each other). Giant painting isn't photography but art, and they are simply standing.
The reason Tricia’s newfound wealth isn’t that gloating or off putting to me is because unlike celebrities or nepotism families that show their homes like “look how expensive this is… isn’t that so awesome?” And Trixie shows something expensive and is like “look how expensive this is… isn’t that just terrible?!?” Hahah!
money can't buy taste but it can buy custom stained glass windows depicting peacocks in your likeness, which is WAY better. seriously though this is all just...goals, so many brave decorating decisions that look amazing. I love the vintage vibes and the more modern color story, such a fun combo that is visually interesting AND super pretty too! I love how you focused on the little knick knacks too and how they were integrated into the design, having a home made to feature things that already make you happy is so special.
I love how Trixie shouts out the people/stores behind every piece and shows such deep appreciation for the skill and care people put into their craft. Its a lovely way to be! And makes for a heartwarming video
It's so amazing how Trixie went from a trailer in the midwest to a beautifully renovated house in the hills. And she worked HARD to earn money, recognition, love, fans, all of that. It's genuinely super awe-inspiring.
Pink quartz counters will likely be in my dreams tonight. This whole house is just vibrant and classy. I love that it’s so curated with meaningful items, homes with personality are the best.
Trixie is not digging ditches or working in a factory, stop acting like she has a hard life. A video like this showing off how much you have when so many people, especially LGBT people are losing housing, and cant even afford the price of groceries today. Putting out a video like this shows that she has lost touch with the average person.
I really think she's going to be doing reality TV.p, either Big Brother or The Masked Singer. It would be extremely unusual for a star in her prime earning years to take off 4 months. A few weeks? Sure. A month? Maybe. 4 months? Nope.
@bunjijumper5345 and where were you when Trixie was in a trailer park. Or when she got fired from Mac. All you see is the success and pretend there was no hard work. She deserves all the success.
@bunjijumper5345I totally disagree, I think this gives many people hope and I should know I live on a little over $800.00 a month. I love to see people working and doing what they love and having success ‼️💗
Recently lost my job and watching Trixie has given me the mental break I need. Seeing two people who really love each other take on big things is very joyful.
Trixie style/brand is so widely known and appreciated. An idea for next season: work with designers/contractors to renovate multiple lgbt+ homes, each episode is a different couple and their home (similar to fixer upper- where they go to joanna gaines because of her style preferences). Budget comes from the homeowners and you do the designing etc
I love the stairwell. It's so dreamy. I also like that they kept the original wood in most places. It's so tempting to paint everything white so that it matches better, but I like the contrast of the dark wood with the more "feminine" aspects of the house.
*If you're curious about the fireplace* "Ernest Batchelder was an artist and educator who became a leader in the American Arts and Crafts movement and a prominent member of the Southern California arts and cultural community. In 1910 he built a kiln in his backyard at his Pasadena residence and began the business of creating hand-crafted art tiles, which in a short time became hugely popular."
I adore the portrait of Trixie and David! As someone who also grew up poor, Trixie’s honest delight in what she’s been able to achieve for herself is so fun to watch. You deserve it sweetie. Enjoy
That Rose Quartz kitchen is EVERYTHING. The most amazing kitchen I've ever seen. Bravo! The entire house is giving me new life goals. Thanks for sharing.
The moment I saw those rose quartz countertops I had MAJOR anxiety about the natural light fading the color, but lo and behold the kitchen windows are tinted so. Bless. Anxiety immediately eliminated.
Never heard of this person, but I like their style. It's over the top, but such a relief from the black, white and grey sterile design choices of the past twenty years. Quite a few of the choices love - that celadon green porcelain "sideboard" think is the top of my list.
So many crazy colors and patterns that’s surprisingly more green and animal print than Barbie pink! Now you just need a pet bird for real to match all the bird memorabilia! You bought the house, you deserve a bird!
@bustedkeatonin the show they add the green wallpaper with birds to the living room. It was originally supposed to be pink, that’s what Trixie talks about in this video. They kept the closet and bar wallpaper which is greenish but doesn’t have birds. Anyways Trixie should still get a real life pet bird!
Love that you put this on RUclips. One thing the show is missing is a comment section. I wanted to engage with the audience so badly! Love reading these comments and seeing what people like about the Reno.
I felt the same way! My friends and I ended up making a day out of watching the show. Something special about having someone to “😮” with in real time 😆
A rose quartz countertop! Now that's a dream kitchen reno! And the heavenly staircase with crystal gem lighting! Just wow! Also, I love that they did custom stain glass windows. This is how you spend big money well.
Loved that you "listened to the heartbeat of the house" and kept many original elements intact. But can we talk about the rose quartz crystal countertops and all that dreamy stairway drama? Absolutely obsessed!
You two should open up a late-night pie restaurant! Growing up in Houston we had this iconic 24-hr diner called House of Pies that was the best place to go at 3am with your friends for a slice of pie and coffee or drunken breakfast feast. It was in a historically gay neighborhood and was popular with late night queer crowds so much that it got the nickname “House of Guys.”
Wish we got to see some of the spaces we didn’t get to see on the show. Like the bathrooms, guest rooms, the pool house etc. maybe you could do a a part 2 ?
It really makees my heart swell for Trixie/Brian. Real rags to riches. She really worked hard to get to where she is now. And she needs to take some more time for herself and David and enjoy the fruits of her labor.
This house, the woodwork, everything. I am so in love with it not being one of the million-dollar box-upon-box-upon-box-looking homes. This house has character and looks like it's from the 20's. Just gorgeous! That woodwork and placing the stained-glass! So cool!
The girl who made her own jewelry out of paper for her first season on drag race did pretty well for herself. Congratulations, Trixie 🎉
Literally perfect kitchen
She earned everything she has achieved.
Milwaukee girl doing it big! ❤️
She’s a bulletrain in the wasteland. Absolute powerhouse.
i swear thinking about this makes me weep. her evolution from then and now is such a powerful thing
the constant push and pull between David’s green and Trixie’s pink is giving Cosmo and Wanda
They were definitely maximalist too
😂😂😂 oooooooohhhhhh u
Odd Draggies Fairly Odd Draggies!!! (:
more like kermit and miss piggy. but trixie is pink kermit and david is green miss piggy
I love that color combo so much
In an era of sterile white and gray mansions, it’s so refreshing to see a house that has color and feels like people actually live there. Such a beautiful home!
THIS! Yes! I’m so OVER the drab subtle shiplap muted tones! Give us the COLOR!!!
My entire bedroom is seafoam green and pink Art Deco kitsch, so I couldn't love this more!
YES EXACTLY
My in-laws and my husband and I renovated a duplex together. It’s crazy how much different our sides are. Theirs in so light. Everything light. We are the opposite. Dark rich browns, greens, blues, dark granite a very earth toned palette.
Literally a yin and yang house.
Minimalism was a scam, that trend robbed us of creativity and untamed expression. We love the grandeur and the extravagant, we love color and soul
Knowing that David and Trixie broke up after EIGHT YEARS, 5 months after this video is actually so sad
No cause when you go back and listen to interviews and episodes of uhh/ the bald and the beautiful while they were together you can clearly hear all the red flags of David and how weird the whole thing was.
@cmmmmxomg I’m so happy I’m not the only one who thought the same thing
@cmmmmx Like what???
Can you elaborate on that?
@cmmmmxyeah during the hotel renovation he gave me the ick. They tried to play ot off but ...
I can't wait for the Trixie super fans to make a 1:1 recreation of her house in the Sims 4
YESYESYES
well now i gotta do it
on it.
Brandon, Nick, and Fena will all have to share a room under the pool, I’d wager 🤔
I see what you've done and i commend you on your big brain :D
Love the energy of Trixie calling out every single brand that refused to do something for free.
Love Pink!
Samsung feeling the sting in Seoul
@lizlennon4978 😂
love trixie but it’s sooo trashy when celebs ask for free stuff like girl, just buy it😭😭 don’t embarrass yourself
@neehaaso true
Season 3 should be renovating Katya's witch hut.
"The chicken leg stilts are ethically sourced!"
It's not a want it's a need
@pleasestopscreaming Sure, but what about the shrunken heads and sacrificial blood?
No no… the decrepit vibe adds to the charm
😂😂omg “witch hut”!!!😂😂
Watching this after knowing that they broke up after filming season 2 is so sad.
Was looking for someone talking about this..trixie mentioning him so much and all the little details of them as a couple like the portrait and the peacocks 😢
Oh dear 🙁🙁🙁
it sucks that AD never reached out but having this on her own channel was such a smart move
AD?
@feelsreelArchitectural Digest
I think the AD thing happens when the celebs are preparing to sell their house...someone made a youtube video about it.
@jesmyjesokay this explains why LVP never featured Villa Rosa, only her other villa. Same goes with Yolanda Hadid never featuring her Pennsylvania ranch, only the Texas one.
And why Jesse Ferguson has two featured houses here.
@jesmyjesyes, that is correct
THIS is the rich people 'bs' i LOVE... this is how ppl should be doing it!!! small businesses, crediting artists, gay, pink, camp, thought out designs, gah i love Trixie so much
The new guilded era
❤❤❤
@therockbottom5yes
the gay part is not needed.
@gpk131are you new to the channel
It was such an honor to create a rug for your home! Dan Vickery created the perfect design and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
Congratulations on being part of this project.
I loved that rug! Do you have an Insta so I can see more of your creations?
Your art is great!❤
The rug is gorgeous! In a room full of different patterns, it caught my eye the most 💚💗
It's stunning! Your hard work really paid off 💖
It makes me sad that they put so much of BOTH their personalities into this home... Who gets custody of the pink quartz Countertops?!
I love how it’s not all pink but still very feminine and elegant.
I have too many favorites to pick a favorite ❤
Well… There’s basically pink in every room 😂
I also really love how the classics and sometimes even traditional shapes really “masculinize” it as well it feels so perfect
it's not really feminine, it's flamboyant gay. She said they wanted to recreate Hollywood gay regency and that was spot on.
I love how the 1920s Arts and Crafts character blends with the touches of mid-20th century glitz.
“I’m often in here being embarrassing” I have never felt more seen. This is my favorite house tour on the internet
I really want to see “camp Trixie” for season three! Turn a abandoned summer camp to resort
OMG YES.
@trixie THIS! I second through one hundredth this!
This sounds wicked fun, I know I would stay in that kind or environment especially since I never had a sleep away camp experience, so as an adult it would be amazing.
Love that idea, make it a theater camp with drag shows, makeup artistry and fashion show activities!
I think this would be a dream-come-true for so many people!
trixie i’m manifesting your future husband not only letting you have birds but wanting you to
She mentions her new boyfriend in her new holiday video 👀 No deets though-just that she’s with someone and he’s from Kentucky.
I remember Jinkx making the comment that "Trixie knows how to have money" with regard to how beautifully curated her workspace was, and I feel that sums this up perfectly! Everything is 👌! 💖
jinkx w her witchy predictions 🖤🖤🖤
"Love Pink" took me out 😭
Same, I feel like I can hear Thorgy's screaming now
LOVE this fabric!
@AnonymousButNott Love! Love love pink!
"loooooove Pink 👀" 💅
I came to the comments to say the same thing!
I was hoping Katya would be there as one of the room decorations, maybe posing as a house plant 🪴
😂❤
If you look closely she IS there, she's posing as a weird human head bowl posing as a ball pit
she's in the second season Trixie Motel: Drag me Home
FunFact! Her body is inside the pink disco ball!
Her spirit is inside the bongos in the bar room
watching this in 2025 makes my heart a bit sore for trixie
Not only is it a gorgeous house, but we really appreciate the fact that you shout out local businesses and craftsmen who were involved in realizing this. It’s a respect thing and is priceless to small business owners.
David’s family gifting Trixie birbs is just too precious🥺😭
i didnt see that lol
time?
@emanuelcarvalho8510 around 11 minutes in
Especially since he is scared of birds 😂
*birds
Trixie: You don't actually need a billion dollars.
Aslo Trixie: This bed was 5 million dollars
Is that even posible?
@lagatafloragrita no, but its a 4000 dollars bed. Still a LOT of money
@TotalmenteEng well at least 4k is still understandable for a bed. I really fell for the 5M and was so surprised that I had to check in the comments to make sure of that
@TotalmenteEngit’s not much for someone who can afford a 3 million house
@mrk-ism This looks like more than a 3 million $ house.
Wow that’s amazing!
Beautiful home ❤
Fierce
That backyard is amazing Fausto!!
You and your family are Amazing. What a privilege it would have been to live in such a beautiful home. ♥️♥️♥️
1. She is SNATCHED in this video, honey!
2. I do love that the house is decorated with such character and not just a bunch of sad baby beige
Beige worsens my clinical depression. WHY DO PEOPLE HATE COLORS. Her waist is insane here!
She has such great business acumen.
SNATCHED!!!! I could not stop staring at her waist!
Knowing that this big entrepreneur, successful, independent businesswoman grew up in a trailer park in Wisconsin just makes me happy. She is the living proof of "trust the process"
Woman ?
I mean, no. She's very talented, has worked very hard and come very far, she deserves this fully, I love her, but that does not make the process fair or to be trusted. For every Trixie there are millions of talented trailer park kids who did not get so lucky

It’s a skill set too. That ability to build a brand and build a business, on top of just ambition and talent. I don’t have it, that amazing business sense. Much to my dismay.
trixie dragging everyone who refused to partner with her is giving me so much life
this is absolutely my kind of "how would i design my house if i were rich" like get out with the beige house and in with customized stained glass inspired by you and your husband.
It’s nice to see people with taste and personality have enough money to go hog wild
My favorite part of watching the show was hearing David constantly tell you how hardworking you are and how much you deserve this. I’m really glad to know that you hear that often, Trixie. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and family with us. 💞
David is partner goals. 🙏🙌
☝🏼Absolutely this!☝🏼
And seeing him crying when telling her this is so beautiful as well.

Absolutely don't treat your home like you're renting it from the next owners. Make it yours! Make it lovely!
the tv is epic and the counters lol for real i love this total design all of it
To be a little morbid: I have some chronic health issues, so... y'know. I also have an accent wall in every room, installed Talavera tile in the kitchen and around the fireplace, put up little mirror accents in the front entryway, replaced all the doors and light fixtures, and just put up this openwork circular accent on the kitchen passthrough. Yes!! I watched the show with my mum and she said she would start a onlyf*ns for that rose quartz lmao
that's how I am with black walls. Big home decor tells u it's taboo & shrinks the space, but they're wrong. it's amazing behind a wall mount TV, & I love my blacked out dungeon of a bedroom it's a sensory deprivation dream. whatever it is you like, trust your instincts and go for it!
“Trixie Mattel is SO rich” - Rupaul
Meanwhile rupaul’s AD tour is literally psychotic
@RitualoftheHabitroopal and her 170 million net worth
You know you’re rich if Ru says you’re rich because Ru has that fracking money 💰💰
The pool area and the stairway are weirdly enough the most beautiful to me 😍😍 so lovely
🤫🫢✖️✖️@jupitermichaels
as an interior designer, i absolutely love seeing rich people use their money wisely to show their character in their homes
If you squint, you can see Katya
decoupaging in the background
“David Silver loves gold, so silver bar - gold.” That’s gold.
This is so much better than any AD house tour because Trixie was so involved in the design of this house that she has so much to say about every room and the choices they made. So many AD house tours are stilted and no one can really say anything about any of the rooms because they were so divorced from the design process. That being said, house is gorgeous.
Brilliant.
now I feel sad watching this. Wish you both all the best
the pink quartz counter tops...
the decadence, the glamour, the elegance
i'm still reeling
"we are a little bit uncomfortable with pictures of our selfs" THE GIANT PANTING OF THEM IN THE DINER ROOM, srry I laughed
They are uncomfortable with photographs of themselves (showing affection they have to each other). Giant painting isn't photography but art, and they are simply standing.
@ladybird169 dude chill out, that was a joke
the rose quartz countertops are a new life goal for me
The reason Tricia’s newfound wealth isn’t that gloating or off putting to me is because unlike celebrities or nepotism families that show their homes like “look how expensive this is… isn’t that so awesome?” And Trixie shows something expensive and is like “look how expensive this is… isn’t that just terrible?!?” Hahah!
Lisa SAVED that fireplace. Bless her.
my boyfriend and i were freaking out about it!!! so glad it was saved.
I literally had to look away when they took the sledgehammers to it 😭 Bless Lisa
The "everyone's drag is valid" disclaimer before spilling t and being shady anyway is my spirit animal
Brandon passing off the clapper while hiding behind the pillar I CAN NOT.
I can't believe they built all this and then broke up.....
They did reality TV 😢
Yeah it’s unfortunate but ce la vie
@hunterwilliams8923 *c’est.
one of my favorite things abt Trixie is her mentioning David and 9/10 times either saying “my partner David” or just simply “David Silver” 😔
Unhhhh has me trained to expect an image of a blowup doll whenever David is mentioned 😂
Or Mr. Silver. I always like when she mentions him by mr. Silver. It's like she's mentioning her husband
Harry Hamlin... David Silver... 😉😉😉 the greats 😅😅😂
@crazywhitegrl27😂😂
@Valravne728 LOVE THIS!!!
money can't buy taste but it can buy custom stained glass windows depicting peacocks in your likeness, which is WAY better.

I love how Trixie shouts out the people/stores behind every piece and shows such deep appreciation for the skill and care people put into their craft. Its a lovely way to be! And makes for a heartwarming video
This is why I have to listen to 20 minutes of ads on her podcasts
It's so amazing how Trixie went from a trailer in the midwest to a beautifully renovated house in the hills. And she worked HARD to earn money, recognition, love, fans, all of that. It's genuinely super awe-inspiring.
and on the first day of her sabbatical too???? we are literally so blessed.
As an interior designer and architect, they did an outstanding job on this. Everything is so thought through and extravagant, yet simple. I love it
It's all hideous . The kitchen is done well the rest isn't.
@richcampbell6808 found the dichromatic minimalist
@richcampbell6808 Would love to hear more about your thoughts on this stance.
@richcampbell6808 no it just isnt mainstream minimalist
I didn’t hear anything after your waist walked in the room
season 3 is obviously the wedding preparation season in which you could renovate a church
Pink quartz counters will likely be in my dreams tonight. This whole house is just vibrant and classy. I love that it’s so curated with meaningful items, homes with personality are the best.
What a beautiful home. When Trixie takes her well-deserved vacation. I hope she just enjoys lounging in her home and relaxing for a few months.
Trixie is not digging ditches or working in a factory, stop acting like she has a hard life.
A video like this showing off how much you have when so many people, especially LGBT people are losing housing, and cant even afford the price of groceries today.
Putting out a video like this shows that she has lost touch with the average person.
Lmao at that unhinged comment above. Anyway yeah +1 to her relaxing
I really think she's going to be doing reality TV.p, either Big Brother or The Masked Singer. It would be extremely unusual for a star in her prime earning years to take off 4 months. A few weeks? Sure. A month? Maybe. 4 months? Nope.

Trixie Growtel: Trixie themed hydroponic grow house
Trixie Brotel: Trixie themed Gym
Trixie Crowtel: Trixie themed bird rehabilitation center
I love that this is the free version of the HBO Max series
i love that some rooms are unabashedly maximalist in their design, while others (like the bedroom) are paired back and super serene.
Best of both worlds 😅
That kitchen is REMARKABLE. Trixie has SUCH a hood eye abd such an unserstanding of light, shape, and color.
Finding out that they’ve spilt up now has broken my heart :(
i so badly wanna just see this house being casually lived in like just a vid of trixie using the music room or something 😭😭 obsessed
My entire four year parasocial with Patricia has led me to this moment.
And now we're roommates!
Season Three should be Camp Trixie. An outdoor campground vibe for the ultimate adult summer camp experience.
I would love an adult summer camp lol
I know she's mentioned it in the past and I think that would be so cool!
14:42 you have to make a lamp out of this asap!
Legitimately the best AD tour I've ever seen. "Real AD" MISSED OUT.
Recently lost my job and watching Trixie has given me the mental break I need. Seeing two people who really love each other take on big things is very joyful.
You got this, baby! You'll go out there soon and gettem! 🤪🥳❤️
stay strong, gorgeous!! life is gonna get together, i'm rooting for you
This too shall pass ❤❤❤
Trixie style/brand is so widely known and appreciated. An idea for next season:

Queen eye for the queen folx?
the waist has me so gagged
First look: "l want that TV"
When she mentioned the price: "ok, maybe later. Much later"
I love the stairwell. It's so dreamy. I also like that they kept the original wood in most places. It's so tempting to paint everything white so that it matches better, but I like the contrast of the dark wood with the more "feminine" aspects of the house.
I'm living for the "Hi AD! nevermind they didn't ask"
I hope Trixie's Motel 3 is her renovating a trailer and going on tour with it. Or something.
*If you're curious about the fireplace*
"Ernest Batchelder was an artist and educator who became a leader in the American Arts and Crafts movement and a prominent member of the Southern California arts and cultural community. In 1910 he built a kiln in his backyard at his Pasadena residence and began the business of creating hand-crafted art tiles, which in a short time became hugely popular."
When Trixie and David smashed the tile, a single tear rolled down my cheek. I am currently restoring my batchelder fireplace and it's so tough 😭
@rebejs I had to turn it off and take deep breaths but we're okay. We're safe now.
@oaklandcookie SAME. I had to get up, look at my fireplace, get a snack, and circle back 😂
They ARE beyond gorgeous beyond beautiful and make a craftsman home. ❤️😉
A Trixie Glampground in Wisconsin would be shawmazing.
"Sounds coded to me" 9:44 LOVE that remark.
Money can't buy taste, but homosexuality can! I love it.
To be honest, I'd prefer it if she just called me poor to my face. 🖤
Since I came to Trixie and Katya live AND paid for a meet and greet, I expect Trixie to also help fund my home purchase. Thank you.
💕Trixie 1960 themed diner💕
Like.....COME ON GIRL.
How could you be more on brand?
And the dishes could have Drag Queens/Drag History names/references
This is leading to Trixie land.
That's season four. After Camp Trixie. :)
THIS
This was like some odd, futuristic yet 1950’s Barbie’s dream house infomercial and I am here for it.
Never heard of this person, but I like their style. It's over the top, but such a relief from the black, white and grey sterile design choices of the past twenty years. Quite a few of the choices love - that celadon green porcelain "sideboard" think is the top of my list.
The tears over having a day named after her totally took me out. I’m so happy for her and David!
Wait, what? A day named after her? Did I miss that part lol
@ferndodd yeah - in Palm Springs! The Mayor came out to announce it at the Motel Anniversary!
So many crazy colors and patterns that’s surprisingly more green and animal print than Barbie pink! Now you just need a pet bird for real to match all the bird memorabilia! You bought the house, you deserve a bird!
The green wallpaper was already there, but its got little birds
@bustedkeatonin the show they add the green wallpaper with birds to the living room. It was originally supposed to be pink, that’s what Trixie talks about in this video. They kept the closet and bar wallpaper which is greenish but doesn’t have birds. Anyways Trixie should still get a real life pet bird!
Love that you put this on RUclips. One thing the show is missing is a comment section. I wanted to engage with the audience so badly! Love reading these comments and seeing what people like about the Reno.
I felt the same way! My friends and I ended up making a day out of watching the show. Something special about having someone to “😮” with in real time 😆
"These aren't books we read, thear are books we want people to know we have." - i snort laughed.
The Pink One So Glamorous 😍😍😍
19:47 *bonk bonk bonk*
The Thorgy guest appearance 😂 🩷
I think Trixie needs an aviary in that backyard!
I really love how many artists and craftspeople you commissioned to help with the house, and then gave them shoutouts here
You two should open up a late-night pie restaurant!
So cool!
yes !!!!
oof i wonder what happens to that painting of trixie and david
