Sir you are talking too much instead of demonstrating. Ptients do not need your lecture you can give lectures in collee not on you tube
We beg to differ with you, @zahidameher1697! All of the explanations & side by side illustrations of the muscles, ligaments, joints on the skeleton contribute to an understanding of how & why you are doing the exercises.
@zahidameher1967 Everyone one loves his detailed information to go along with demonstration of exercises. He is an excellent PT & Teacher who understands the needs of seniors who move slow & appreciate the additional education.
