      They should be savable. Click the 3 dots under the bottom right hand corner of the video. That will open a drop down menu, and one of the options is "Save"

    Sir you are talking too much instead of demonstrating. Ptients do not need your lecture you can give lectures in collee not on you tube

      We beg to differ with you, @zahidameher1697! All of the explanations & side by side illustrations of the muscles, ligaments, joints on the skeleton contribute to an understanding of how & why you are doing the exercises.
