Hi Jessica I just wanted to say how happy I am to have found your videos on here. I was in intensive care for 2 months and in a coma for 5 weeks and struggle daily as lost a lot of muscle mass. I can’t do all the move (yet!) but they are helping improve my muscle tone, coordination and confidence. Thank you so much ❤
Omg what a relief to find such a good work out for beginners that are just not flexible. This video actually helped me so much to start pilates instead of feeling defeated. Thank you xx❤
Omgoodness I did this workout this morning and I knew I was getting stiff and not very flexible from sitting all day on my job, but WOW! I tried regular Pilates and never went back to that class but Wall Pilates is so much better for me. Thank you.
Thank u for this beginners wall Pilates. I had a hairline fracture of my foot this year and Achilles tendinitis. I have decided I needed to get control of my health and body. This work out along with your walking video is exactly what I need. I feel the difference in just two days. Less aches and pains and feel much better.
Having nerve issue down my leg, completing this has loosened some tightness in my spine, and has given me much relief, thank you so much. I look forward to continue with this exercise daily 🙏
That was a great workout. I was so proud of myself for being able to do the “walking bridge”. I’ve never done that before! This was my first wall Pilates video and I will definitely follow for more.😁
Thank you for sharing this workout! I am new to Pilates. Are my wrists supposed to hurt when I do the wall push ups? Is that normal? My wrists are probably weak.
Wow this is a game changer for me on bridging! I usually get a lot of discomfort in my IT bands normally but this was so much better for me and the feedback from the wall on the stacking back up on spine stretch forward was great too!🎉❤
I have two wall pilates workouts here and recommend my other gentle and beginner Pilates videos for more variation on Pilates! The wall is fun but there are soooo many other great benefits to more traditional mat Pilates work :)
I didn't over do it, which is important with chronic pain. What should I do about lifting my arm and they start to go numb? I know it's coming from my neck.
Hey, I just found this and tried it. I found my neck and top of my spine hurt when I bridge. Not from straining it but from the pressure on it. Is that normal??
Hi! I recommend women avoid crunching until 16 weeks postpartum so I would skip the few crunches! Otherwise it may be ok if you have been released to exercise :).
I cant wait. Im excited. Its been 8 yrs since i worked out & i can tell it. Well, everyone can tell. Im going to stay positive.
Thanks!!!

Hi Jessica. I’m starting today to get my life and body back. Have have both hips replaced, muscles are tight and poor ROM. Today is my new beginning.
Congrats and I'm glad to have you here!

This was harder than I thought it would be, but in a good way! The beginning part reminded me a lot of your Barre videos.
Me too :)
Great workout, thanks Jessica! I like all the variations you use
Hi, I just started my Pilates journey and I absolutely love your vidz...thanks so much
Hi Jessica, a quick question, is wall pilates better, or Matt pilate for fast weight loss?
Where did you get those yoga pants? I love them so much!
You're awesome!
Wow this is a game changer for me on bridging! I usually get a lot of discomfort in my IT bands normally but this was so much better for me and the feedback from the wall on the stacking back up on spine stretch forward was great too!🎉❤
Great!
I love how you explain the movements! Super clear :)
Thank you! I found you just in time. Is there a wall Pilates series?
I have two wall pilates workouts here and recommend my other gentle and beginner Pilates videos for more variation on Pilates! The wall is fun but there are soooo many other great benefits to more traditional mat Pilates work :)
Very challenging 😊
That was lovely! Thank you. My body feels so much better 😊

Is this good for weight loss, firming and toning?
So many folks asking questions! Why are you not answering them? I want to try thisbut id like to see answers to these questions before starting
I didn't over do it, which is important with chronic pain. What should I do about lifting my arm and they start to go numb? I know it's coming from my neck.
Is it safe to exercise with tights on ❤

Something you can do on vacation too!
Yes!
So good 🎉 Thank-you for this loved every part ❤
Great!
New here and I have bursitis on my left shoulder. How will this help me? I’m concerned the workout will make it worse.
Love it! Saving to my playlist! ♥♥
Wonderful!
Hi Jessica, can I do this at 8 weeks postpartum?
Am trying to strengthen my back, core and pelvic floor
Hi! I recommend women avoid crunching until 16 weeks postpartum so I would skip the few crunches! Otherwise it may be ok if you have been released to exercise :).
You can also search "pelvic floor" on my RUclips channel as I have a few specific workouts for that!
I am so glad you don't do that mind numbing Kardashian vocal fry that many instructors do! Thank you!
S0 good
حبيت تمارين بيلاتيس الجدار🥰
The last pose is really difficult for me, I started experiencing lower back pain while doing it, Is it okay?
I use a different exercise or a modified version if experiencing discomfort 👍
The way my little house is laid out, I don’t really have the wall space to do this. 😂 May have to declutter a bit.
Did it on my front door just now! Only annoying during the goal posts part but could work for you.
Have a dodgy neck how can I support it with a pillow
Great for older women-I’m 69
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It’s lie down not lay down.😊
