This workout is deceptively easy. Did this for the first time yesterday, and now the muscles in my upper arms, back and glutes are sore. But I'm going to keep going! As a person who doesn't really like exercise, I've found this and other short form workouts on this channel are great to help me move my body on a regular basis. Thanks for this!😊
This is great for someone like me whose job is mainly lifting. These movements without weight gives a great stretch and lots of mobility without putting strain on my muscles and joints. Thanks Jessica!

I love this standing exercise and I now understand being intentional... I love your 10-15 min videos...I try to do at least two daily... they have helped relieve my stiff hips and my balance is getting better for age 68!!!!

I just did this workout in my hotel rm and let me tell you my blood was flowing and it was wonderfully low impact for my joints. I do yoga a couple times a week but have been trying to get into pilates for the health benefits and Jessica is def my go to.

This was excellent. I’ve been trying weight training and I know it’s important at my age 60 but my shoulders are killing me. I feel like they need to be strengthened up. I think this is the perfect routine I know lifting weights is a plus for everyone but I don’t know why it’s killing me.

I got quite a little glow on with this lovely simple workout. I was starting to hope for some rotation through the spine but it finished😥. What could I add in safely for some mobility through my spine, especially around the shoulder blade level?
