I recently suffered a knee injury from running and was keen to find some gentle exercises that could help with my recovery. I came across your knee injury exercises this week and decided to give them a go. I also stumbled upon your 15-minute full bodyweight exercise video and completed the session. Jessica, you are inspiring! I definitely wasn't able to exercise or use my arms like you do 5.5 weeks after my bilateral mastectomy 10 years despite being 27 at the time! I’m glad for the thorough cueing so I can do the workout without having to look at the screen every second.
I find Jessica’s explanations very helpful. For me, knowing why I’m doing what I’m doing enhances the workout!
