i'm 19 and i have scoliosis. i've been watching your videos since i was 13 or 14 now because i struggle a lot with back, neck and shoulder pain. sometimes i lose motivation and find it hard to be consistent because working out also increases my pain in certain areas (bc of the imbalance) but i know that if i do less, it'll be worse for my body in the long run. so whenever i stop for a while and feel like i need to start over completely to slowly build myself back up, your videos are always really helpful!! thank you for continuing to post these for free and thank you for being so reassuring and thoughtful in the way you explain things. your channel means more than you could ever know.
I love instructors who talk and explain their way through their videos so i definitely dont feel like you talk a lot😂 i love your slow and calm way of explaining and loved this true beginner workout❤
It's the first time I feel like I'm kind of into pilates! I've never found it as smooth and pleasing as it was for me during exercising with you! And also thank you for pointing out tips through exercising. It's so helpful♥️
