I’ve had some lower abdominal pain at night and after thinking it was connected to stomach issues I now believe it is related to lower back and hip issues and your Pilates workouts have been a godsend! Have to comment. I have always had a protruding stomach and general flabbiness in stomach area...even though I had a tummy tuck years ago, with menopause came more flabbiness. Began doing your exercises and one day realized...I was getting significantly firmer and leaner in the abs. You have made a difference with these 10 minutes and thank you.
I am a slightly disabled 50s year old and I appreciate you truly being beginners a d easy and not overly perky and bubbly. You're realistic and just what I need to get back to pilates at my own pace. Thank you.

wow.. that first position had me out of breath already. I love that in pretty much all your videos, you support taking breaks in between if we have to. I definitely needed a breather after the fist couple moves. such an awesome workout!

Thank you for this workout Jessica, it really worked my abs. Was a bit of a challenge for me as I haven't done exercise in a while. My back was really hurting today though so not sure what I did wrong. I couldn't stay up high with my shoulders and do all the leg switching. Xx

Thanks for your extremely useful videos, they have been very helpful while I am recovering from abdominal surgery (hysterectomy) that was 5 months ago. Are these exercises safe in this situation (post-op)?
Hello Jessica! Most of my Pilates experience has been with Mari Windsor’s videos. Because of her teaching “the saw” which she describes as “wringing air out of the lungs”, I feel so programmed to EXHALE when I twist side to side. However, you say to inhale to the side and exhale when coming back to center. Is there a benefit to one way over the other? I mainly ask because exhaling on the twist seems like a more natural breath function to me, but I’d like to retrain myself if there’s a benefit to doing it the opposite way. Thank you for everything you do!!!
I have a wrist problem, can you please do a workout that doesn't require me to take my upper body weight on my flexed wrists? I can hold small weights because my wrist isn't bent and the weight is less than my body weight!
If my goal is agility, mobility, flexibility, what kind of exercise schedule should i adopt? And what nutrition should i adopt? My left foot gets numb sometimes if i sit long...solution?
