  • This audit takes place from the public easement outside this government contracted location. One by one, employees came out questioning why I was recording. I must have had major brain fart going on due to the fact that when I meant to ask if they were a small arms manufacturer, I asked is they were a small arms dealer 🤣🤣🤣
    Eventually one individual who seemed to be the supervisor, came out to tell his employees to go back inside & get to work , even acknowledging that I had a right to be outside doing what I was doing.

    Defense contractors should thank their lucky stars we are only at the point of independent investigating and not at the more reasonable place of angry mobs demanding our resources back from their rampant corruption.

We have a real problem because (and no disrespect) the riffraff refer to themselves as “taxpayers” and “citizens.” So you already refer to yourselves as a “taxpaying” slave rather than an Americans. That’s a BIG problem in your thought process. It’s “WE the people…” not “citizens.”

It makes me consider the freedoms many didn't have when it was written (those who didn't own land, females, slaves, etc) and also consider how many new freedoms were gained over time. I'm not sure if there is an easy answer but it's fascinating to consider.

      True the government contracts almost every third rate company for garbage materials these days, as well as for scams when the owner is friends with certain politicians. They get no extra rights and are the same as any other business.

    I'll never get over the fact that ppl think they have a right to interrogate another adult out in public. You hit them back with the same silly intrusive questions & they walk away or refuse to answer. Interesting how that works.

    What I always find humorous in this and other videos is how people come out 1 at a time after discussing with a group inside. It’s like each person thinks HE/SHE is going to be the one to successfully shake you down for information.

      It is not a matter of if they can or not. It is a matter of if they should. They are getting paid to do a job, not harass people in public. The lawful activity of people in public (while it may be interesting to watch) is nobody else's business.

    That was a fun one! You definitely had a good turnout with the amount of people whose curiosity was piqued. I work for an aviation / aerospace company and we have government contracts as well. Unfortunately we're too far away in Van nuys otherwise it would be pretty dang awesome if you showed up.

    You ask 'What is your wife's name ? ' kids names , ages, teachers names , grade they're in. Where does your wife work, car she drives ... ?
    They say why are you asking all these questions? You respond 'For the same reason, you think you can come out , interrupt MY work and ASK me a bunch of questions, when I don't even know you . "

    So many people think they have to sign a waiver and give permission to be recorded in public, but when you tell them you don't give them permission to film you either, you'd think it would maybe make them think for a minute about that with the camera they have right there going 24/7.
    My video doorbell records people all day every day. And what about a parade or watching the ball drop in NYC on tv on new years? Hundreds of thousands of people all being recorded without their permission!

      I do have a life. A life built on liberty and respect for the constitution right of other people and the rule of law, unlike yourself who is offended by the sight of free people exercising their constitutionally protected rights in public.
      Strangely, you consider a citizen journalist reporting on the reaction of people to the exercise of a constitutional (legal) right while standing on public property or the public right-of-way and letting them and all of their viewers know how dumb these business and non-business people are to be conducting a fraud.
      In spite of you making a solemn and binding oath where you first and foremost swore you allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America; the supreme law of the land, which the "Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments) are part of and also the supreme law of the land; you have nothing but contempt for the Constitution and the rights of the people.
      No doubt you hate these auditor for holding these business people responsible, for educating them on the rights of the people, because these business people are why you are confident that you will not get into any trouble when you take a man whose hands are cuffed behind his back, is laying on the ground, is a threat to no one, and then press your knee into the back of the man's neck or shoulder, even for minutes after he stops breathing, just for shits and giggles. All while your fellow cops stand around and do nothing about the abuse happening right in front of them.
      If that goes away you will find yourself force to act like a LAW ENFORCEMENT officer instead. Something you also have contempt for and a loath to see happen.

      Section 2.

      The question, whether an act, repugnant to the constitution, can become the law of the land, is a question deeply interesting to the United States; but happily, not of an intricacy proportioned to its interest.       That the people have an original right to establish, for their future government, such principles as, in their opinion, shall most conduce to their own happiness, is the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected.       The government of the United States is of the latter description. The powers of the legislature are defined and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken, or forgotten, the constitution is written. To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing, if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained? The distinction between a government with limited and unlimited powers is abolished, if those limits do not confine the persons on whom they are imposed, and if acts prohibited and acts allowed, are of equal obligation. It is a proposition too plain to be contested, that the constitution controls any legislative act repugnant to it; or, that the legislature may alter the constitution by an ordinary act.
      Between these alternatives there is no middle ground. The constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means, or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and, like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it.
      If the former part of the alternative be true, then a legislative act contrary to the constitution is not law: if the latter part be true, then written constitutions are absurd attempts, on the part of the people, to limit a power in its own nature illimitable.
      Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as forming the FUNDAMENTAL AND PARAMOUNT LAW (emphasis added) of the nation, and consequently, the theory of every such government must be, that an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void.
      It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that in declaring what shall be the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND (emphasis added), the constitution itself is first mentioned; and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the constitution, have that rank.
      Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that A LAW REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION IS VOID (emphasis added); and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.
