  • A seated full body yoga flow, stretching the whole body and flowing with the breath. Gentle and suitable for all levels.
    Perfect for anyone but particularly singers and voice users. Aimed to set the body up in the best alignment for singing, this flow will help overall alignment of the spine and pelvis, stretch the side body to encourage flexibility in the ribs, switch on the core muscles, stretch and open the hip flexors and energise and connect to the breath.
    Perfect to do before you start a vocal warm up! Suitable for all levels and abilities. Do what feels good for your body.
