    As soon as we hold any tension this knocks out our alignment. However the large psoas muscle of the hips is actually connected to our spine and diaphragm so it's especially important for singers! See how your voice feels after doing this flow.
    Suitable for all levels and abilities. Do what feels good for your body.

    Thank you Rosie, I've been doing this flow on a regular basis for about 2 weeks and it feels so good. The first time I did it, I got annoyed because it hurt and i couldn't do the full flow, but it's been easier and easier and now I can do it without pain or frustration.

      I'm so glad that you've stuck with it and felt the benefits! Depending how our body feels, we can often feel frustrated (I had the same yesterday) but it just shows how regular practice can help ☺️
