  • This practice is great for every trimester of pregnancy. We will flow gently with the breath, helping to find focus and release tension. There is then the option to add some soft voicing. This is not about singing, but about using the voice to find more sense of space whilst connecting to our baby and relaxing the nervous system. It can feel strange at first but hopefully you'll soon feel the benefits!
This is a gentle stretch and flow, and is suitable for all levels. Have props to hand, do what feels right for your body and speak to your midwife or GP before starting physical activity.

This was lovely, supportive and gentle. I will come back throughout my third trimester, and feel more encouraged to use my voice during active birth, as it feels so supportive in moving energies and tension in my hips. I am using hypnobirthing, and the up-breathing lends itself beautifully to an additional hummm or ahhhh during the out breath. Thank you <3 hope you and your little ones are doing well.

Love this. My Bub is 1, if I have little sibling for him I will try this.

I hope you make a video about tips for moving your belly during pregnancy when taking a breath to sing. Because my wife is pregnant and a singer

Hello! I would like to book a consultation with you, but it doesn't look like there's any availability on your calendar.
