- Join me for a 15 minute practice to open the heart. Whether you connect to this practice on a physical of emotional level, it is a chance to calm the mind and release excess tension. We move our focus to the breath, practice some simple seated stretches for the upper body, and end with a short meditation.
Suitable for all levels, take any modifications and do what feels good for your body.

Hello! Do you have any videos that address jaw clicking? I feel it on my right side when I yawn or open my mouth widely - feels like a muscular thing and it's so annoying. Not sure if it's from tension or some instability/weakness, maybe both!
