- Today we explore a guided hand mudra flow using the lotus mudra. Slowing down, connecting to the breath and focusing on our flow, allows us to find a calm, meditative state. Use this as a chance to reset or as a way to nurture creativity, a new journey or beginning.
Meditation can be hard for many to access and having a guided visualisation is a fantastic way to focus and calm the mind.

Wow. Its 4am and ive just done one of your wonderful vocal warmup/stretch for my hurting jaw and throat, now this meditation and an exercise video. This is golden, you are so blessed. Im so thankful youre sharing your knowledge and peace with us. I was just desperate for jaw stretches since mine have been hurting for years and nothing seem to make a significant difference.
