Ally I have long covid and have felt a type of exhaustion that I have never experienced. A few weeks ago a friend mentioned yoga nidra to me and I have practiced it multiple times a day to restore me. I have come to understand that the long covid exhaustion has been a blessing since it lead me to the beauty that is yoga nidra. It has been worth the suffering. Please hold me in the light. Jeff

I have an physically aching aching heart after engaging lot during these last days with the news and information since what happened in Israel on October 7th. The realisation I had during the meditation was that what hurts so badly is that I am at war with my own self and the world. And with this meditation I found help. I am so grateful!
I feel so compelled to write you. I just had one of the most profound experiences of my life. After a breathing exercise I did this and it was a psychedelic like experience. I’ve found my path to more consistent incredible experiences with yoga nidra. 1. Exercise / stretching - get the body moving for at least 15 minutes. 2. Breathwork - I do soma breath one about creative energy, but anything that gets the nitrous oxide going. Wim hof. Breath of fire probably. Whatever 3. Allie’s yoga nidra - completely still and hrv breathing. Slow in, slower out, never stop, fewer than 5 breaths a minute. I have had some incredible experiences over the last year with this formula, and I am so blessed to have found this channel. I appreciate it so much. And thank you for saying hi!!!

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

Hello Ally! I’ve been practicing with you daily for over one year (or two?)…I believe that it was in your early days on RUclips. This most recent 37 minute practice was the longest one I’ve done and I relaxed so deeply that I fell into a deep sleep. I was relieved to be finished with a difficult job lately and other life stuff, and your recording just brought me to a very deep state of relaxation. I’m very, very grateful to say the least❤🎉😊
I’ve had ME/ CFS for about 17 years. As I’m aging it seems to have gotten more involved. I started using your meditations as a means to rest and calm my sensory and nervous symptoms. Thank you for this nourishing light filled heart immersion. I had open heart surgery with bypasses and a valve replacement five years ago. At the same time I had a wonderful opening of my heart chakra. The practice this morning felt so warmly healing to my heart, and I especially loved breathing light from the crown chakra into the heart and exhaling down through my toes. I enjoyed experiencing my heart circulating light and love the same way it circulates my life blood.
I was in emotional crisis and feeling a deep pain i journaled about before turning my mind to some self supporting practice. I found this brought me alot of comfort. I continued to slowly drift in and out. My body feels like it needs deep rest. The practice made me have a felt sense im not alone. That it's enough to be kind to myself in the midst of pain, and shared pain has brought others to support me in this space as well. I've started to make your videos a regular refuge. So tonight I asked my guides which meditation should I do? If they wanted me to do my usual, then there would not be a meditation in the top spot when I refreshed. This was in the top most spot which is kinda funny because I have done 1-2 meditations a day and have for almost 2 years now. They gave me a whole new channel on the one Chakra I have been quietly focused on (as in its not in my internet algorithm). You did a beautiful talk down I absolutely loved the breathing in through the crown and into the heart and out through the feet. I don't do a lot of guided meditations these days, but I started with them, and you did a lovely job. Thank you, Namaste'

Hello Ally! I’ve been practicing with you daily for over one year (or two?)…I believe that it was in your early days on RUclips. This most recent 37 minute practice was the longest one I’ve done and I relaxed so deeply that I fell into a deep sleep. I was relieved to be finished with a difficult job lately and other life stuff, and your recording just brought me to a very deep state of relaxation. I’m very, very grateful to say the least❤🎉😊
I’ve had ME/ CFS for about 17 years. As I’m aging it seems to have gotten more involved. I started using your meditations as a means to rest and calm my sensory and nervous symptoms. At this point I am having fewer ‘crashes’ and even more importantly, I feel more contentment with my present circumstances and have more joy when I’m feeling well enough to be more active.
I’m looking forward to exploring more of your videos. Thank you, this is such a gift.

Thank you for this nourishing light filled heart immersion. I had open heart surgery with bypasses and a valve replacement five years ago. At the same time I had a wonderful opening of my heart chakra. The practice this morning felt so warmly healing to my heart, and I especially loved breathing light from the crown chakra into the heart and exhaling down through my toes. I enjoyed experiencing my heart circulating light and love the same way it circulates my life blood.

I was in emotional crisis and feeling a deep pain i journaled about before turning my mind to some self supporting practice. I found this brought me alot of comfort. I continued to slowly drift in and out. My body feels like it needs deep rest. The practice made me have a felt sense im not alone. That it's enough to be kind to myself in the midst of pain, and shared pain has brought others to support me in this space as well. I've started to make your videos a regular refuge. Thanks so much. I do a nervous system practice for others and receive it myself. It is done with another person and their presence is vital to the process-to have another be with or support. But here I can do this practice everyday and it's like a reset for my system as it learns new ways of being in the world. ❤

So tonight I asked my guides which meditation should I do? If they wanted me to do my usual, then there would not be a meditation in the top spot when I refreshed. This was in the top most spot which is kinda funny because I have done 1-2 meditations a day and have for almost 2 years now. They gave me a whole new channel on the one Chakra I have been quietly focused on (as in its not in my internet algorithm). You did a beautiful talk down I absolutely loved the breathing in through the crown and into the heart and out through the feet. I don't do a lot of guided meditations these days, but I started with them, and you did a lovely job. Thank you, Namaste'
