This is amazing. I have listened to this numerous times before and found it very helpful. This time I listened to it while feeling the intensity of a serious chest and head cold with lots of congestion, and stress about it because I have to fly on a plane and I’m afraid of the pain of the pressure change. My sankalpa was I am resting deeply and healing myself, and over the course of this practice, I could literally feel the infection in my sinuses subsiding I could feel my body healing itself, and even though it is the middle of the night, and I really want to sleep. I am feeling surprisingly energized and closer to full health. This has really show me my body’s own healing potential, in a shockingly short amount of time. I am truly amazed, I have never experienced anything like this before. I have been practising yoga Nidra for a couple of years now, and I really believe in it, and I will continue to do so. Ally, I am a 77-year-old woman who had an accident earlier this year. I dislocated my shoulder and as a result of that, I had nerve damage all the way down to my fingers. After the shoulder dislocation, I fell and fractured my kneecap and had to have, a replacement kneecap. I have been using your video to call my nerves and go to sleep. It is wonderful! Both of my injuries were on the right side of my body and I so appreciate the way you work through the right side of your body and then through the left side of your bodyto calm the nerves. Monday 22/08/22 1854. I'm feeling very peaceful ,balanced and at ease following this practice. What luxury to be able to do two longer Yoga Nidra practices today! I feel this could become a habit....." Habits are human nature -why not create some that will mint gold " ( Hafiz). I loved the psychic nadi shodhana practice which came very naturally after the rotation of consciousness ,sensing into the right and the left hemisphere's of the body. I actually felt my toes disappear and merge into the pranic field of awareness emanating around my body...my body felt suspended in awareness! Awesome ! Thanks again Ally. Namaste! 🙏

I have long covid and did too much yesterday but after this, while I'm still tired, I feel much more rested and peaceful! Still trying to put it in daily routine. I fell asleep while doing it and briefly heard myself snoring for the first time!
Namaste! 🙏 I practiced around 6 P.M. on October 11, 2023. That was a beautiful practice. It was exactly what I needed at all levels. I could hear myself snore at certain points, and I felt rested in the middle of the body scans. I had some interesting visuals of my body at the end of the practice that felt sort of like how my dreams that lead to déjà vu feel. I found it very intriguing as it's the first time it has happened to me in a yoga nidra.
This was lovely, as usual. I practiced at 8:30am. I was able to stay with your voice until I got to the left foot, then I was out for the count and woke up just as it was ending. Thank-you.
Wow I really became hypersensitive to sensations today with the help of the chimes. Now in module 10 & simmering in practices as I recover & heal from an operation. Feeling loved & deeply rested thank u 🙏
I love this practice. Each time the chimes sound I feel my body drop further and also could sense the prana flowing around. I did this early morning. How special. Thank you Ally
Wow (.) - still coming too. Words. One of favourite practices. I am at the threshold of my stress, and despite it taking a long time to settle...I got there. I am very receptive to sound and vibration (and it was intense at some spots), I felt that even after awakening my eyes seem to continue to vibrate. LOVED the visualization, the breath work. Oh ya...it was a sweet spot to be "IN". Namaste :)
2.35pm I finished this practice about half an hour ago but only just surfacing from my nest …. That’s how relaxing it is? Lots of energetic moving and shifting too. Your voice and the sound chimes are a marriage made in heaven. A perfect, harmonious blend. Continued loved and gratitude 🙏🏻 💖🌻

After being away from daily practice for a few days due to some stressful life events, I was grateful for this recording and fell into deep relaxation. I experienced dreamlike imagery in flashes throughout, including an image of warm tea dripping on my right hand and I could feel the warmth travel down my palm and through my fingers. Mid-way through, a full-body twitch just about lifted me off the floor but despite the intense jolt I remained relaxed. 08/08/22
I am in the middle of module 3 and loving the different Nidra's in this module. Today on a hot summers day I feel totally refreshed after this session, I loved the use of the breath from feet to crown on both sides of the body, I could feel the energy moving around me. Thank you 😊
Ally, I just started Module 3 and this practice was out of this world. I felt heat in my hands and feet, tingling, buzzing, vibrating… at one moment I felt as if I was floating or flying, I felt so light… I could stay aware while my body sank in so deeply into relaxation… thank you so much ❤

I am so enjoying exploring each of your meditations. This one drew my attention today. It is truly a balm for any stress my nervous system may be holding. The chimes were hypnotic. I really appreciated the experience of moving awareness between the two sides of my body, guided by the rhythms of breath. At some point, the experience of melting into awareness, being awareness itself, became all encompassing. I am in the middle of module 3 and loving the different Nidra's in this module. Today on a hot summers day I feel totally refreshed after this session, I loved the use of the breath from feet to crown on both sides of the body, I could feel the energy moving around me. Thank you 😊

Ally, I just started Module 3 and this practice was out of this world. I felt heat in my hands and feet, tingling, buzzing, vibrating… at one moment I felt as if I was floating or flying, I felt so light… I could stay aware while my body sank in so deeply into relaxation… thank you so much ❤

Namaste. I had attention drifting because of drinking too much coffee in the morning I think but eventually it settled during the yoga nidra. I felt a clear relief of tension in the jaw towards the end while breathing in and out in both hemispheres. Thank you!
I am so enjoying exploring each of your meditations. This one drew my attention today. It is truly a balm for any stress my nervous system may be holding. The chimes were hypnotic. I really appreciated the experience of moving awareness between the two sides of my body, guided by the rhythms of breath. At some point, the experience of melting into awareness, being awareness itself, became all encompassing. Profoundly peaceful to take refuge in this “true self.” Your deep work in this practice, and joy-skill sharing with us is a blessing. Namaste Ally 🙏🏽

Namaste Ally, I listened to this at 6am. At the conclusion, I felt like more neural/nadi pathways were accessible and energized. My body feels more solid and grounded physically, yet light and smooth internally.
I loved this experience. The chimes really helped me get into the state of complete surrender. I am finalizing module 3 and this session has helped me deepen my understanding of a few elements. Namaste 🙏

Oh Ally , I can't put into words how just how much I love your yoga nidras ❤️ I listen almost every day to your calming voice , and often I have stress within my family and you just take my mind away and make me forget everything for a little while, and also I feel a sense of happiness as well as calm when listening to you ,❤️ thank you for all you do 😊 i love when we bring the mind to certain parts of the body , I do get a really strong feeling in my hands though, strong tingling and buzzing ( do you know why this happens Ally ? ) , and I do find that feeling hard to experience, Its is so strong , I don't know if it's because I suffer with cold hands ? But I don't know why it's so strong and makes me go 😬 and always slightly stronger in my right hand , I get it in my toes as well but not as strong , you are such a big part of my life and you are my sense of calm , and sending you lots of love ❤ x
