Anyone, please pray for me. I’m in pain and can’t sleep at night, so most nights I break down crying. Some days better than others. Pain doesn’t mean God is not there for you. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I’ve been working so much and my body has been hurting very much! I stumbled upon your video and it started to play as I was laying down trying to stretch. Immediately I felt my brain and body just releasing all this tension. I will listen to it as I fall asleep. I used to listen to binaural beats and meditate every day a few times a day. Then I moved to another state last summer and have not been able to relax enough to meditate not even once as I don’t have my own home yet. I go on walks every day and that’s how I’ve been trying to relax but hearing this reminded me of how much I miss sound baths and how good it does to my soul, body and mind. I was laying in bed when this came on and without looking I started crying and purging deep pain. I looked at the screen to see if what I was listening to had anything to do with it and was shocked to see this is exactly what that is for.
I released all traumas, fears, doubts, etc from this lifetime and all past lifetimes known or unknown. I thanked it for what it had to show me and asked God to dissolve it back into the light. It can’t go with me to where I am going on the Leo Full moon and entering the age of Aquarius.

Had a moment of serendipity. 28 mins into watching this on the TV, I realized I forgot to read the words at the beginning. Didn't want to lose my place in the video on the tv so I opened the video on my phone to read the words at the beginning. In doing so, it created an astounding sound effect. Surprisingly the layered sound works really well and the sound from both viewing sources enhance each other rather than clash.

I have let outside forces that I can't control disrupt my peace and relationships with many aspects of my life. My anxiety has gotten overwhelming due to this. As I started listening to the bowls, I could feel my body receiving the frequencies in different ways and could feel the physiological and psychological effects in a positive manner. I went through something traumatic last weekend and this video came up as a suggestion. I have listened to it and I feel like I was able to start the healing process. It reminded me that even though I have a new trauma, I have a lot of tools and a strong support system of friends and family that are helping me through this time.

@@user-hq5ps7dx7d it started a long time ago to be able to say this now. I went to domestic violence victims classes, therapy for ptsd, grief, mistakes, and in order to help myself in general. My support system has come out of the woodwork. Surprisingly my mom is one of them. She has gone through this with me before and reminds me in a way that it is a process. I am making time daily to work through this as well as other stressors. Mostly, it is that. Just taking time to process and talking about it with someone who is honest with me. It can’t be someone that wants to be on my good side.

Just finished a surrender&self acceptance yoga sequence, I feel a bit low, I’ve been working on healing myself for awhile I’m very spiritual and in my mid 20’s really trying to focus on my career but feel completely lost not knowing my next step, this played randomly after my yoga session and I just started crying and then grabbed my journal and started singing and affirming affirmations. Everyone’s journey is different I hope I find peace and happiness. I hope I find my true-self and release all I need too. I’m tired of living this life that doesn’t feel like my true life.

I can't take my eyes off how you seamlessly make your right and left hands do completely different things. It looks effortless but I know how difficult it is (at least for me) to attempt moving my hands to different rhythms. Must be a good work out for the brain. And to do this for such a long duration!! I have ME/CFS and went to sleep after suffering from terrible pain, because I'd overdone things (physically) these past couple of days. Your video automatically played (as a suggested video by YT) and had been playing for over two hours before I woke. When I did awaken, the majority of my pain and fatigue had vanished and my mood was so much brighter. I strained my lower back and if you search up how long it takes for this to heal it says a month at least. after I listened to this the next morning I woke up and the pin left by 90%. music truly is a healing frequeny that targets beyond cells and nerves.

Exactly the same happened to me. I was relaxing and focusing on the pain that I felt knowing that I can heal it and suddenly my RUclips began to play this music. I’ve never been able to meditate, I’m a very impatient person and I just thought everyone else can achieve it but I couldn’t. I think I finally feel like I did. For me I just have gone so deep into myself I had all these suppressed thoughts of my teenage years to now, things people had said that have stayed with me throughout my life. It was like watching a flash back and reliving all my pain I’ve felt in my life I can’t believe that I’ve just been in tears and feeling like I’m hugging and comforting my past self, so strange that it was like I was the one there for me going back. Not sure if that’s what’s meant to happen but this is what my experience was. I don’t know if that was ‘meditation’ but it did something. I actually can’t believe that I just went through that! Grateful for that though, I do feel like I need to do it again but that was a lot ❤️

Dealing with insurmountable grief.. I've been reading recovery handbooks for loss.. one day at a time. Often, I am tuned into synchronization around me, and I give thanks. I needed more. I just woke up at 3:15 a.m. I am in a difficulty where I am living. I have tinnitus that is sometimes painful. I am aware of the spiritual cause for this condition and the sounds of the crystal bowls have been very helpful. I only have one with me where I am so this video is amazingly peaceful. Thank you!!!!💕
