So much easier to get to relaxed and really feel deeper relaxation than before - also being able to use the skill alone without the meditation video which I find just great so thank you again so much ❤️
A common problem with long covid, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and other difficult conditions is that the sympathetic nervous system tends to get stuck in the on position. It can be such a challenge to relax. I find your yoga nidra body scans, your voice, your word choice, and your pacing (along with a heating pad) to be most helpful, Ally. Thank you so very much. ❤
Hi there :) have you tried the Gupta Program? It’s working wonders for me (suffering from MCAS & nervous system burnout) and my sister (long covid/cfs). It’s really worth a shot! They work a lot on the nervous system, in addition to their main focus on retraining the amygdala and others parts of the brain.

This leaves me with a peacefull/blissfull smile on my face while I started this practice somewhat uneasy, thank you I start to notice that everytime after the journey through the body, when the focus shifts to a whole half of the body and later the whole body, I feel a calmness and kind of Joy. Today it was like watching the body get into a kind of coma. Almost a shame having to wake up again ☺️ but I do feel extremely rested and at peace. Wich is lovely Thank you and namasté🙏
Thank you for this much needed session. I was having full blown anxiety dealing with the horrific place my daughter is in. She is fighting ovarian cancer and she is so strong and brave. I sometimes feel like I’m in the twilight zone. Can’t believe it! This calming session helps me get through the day.❤

Thank you for all these wonderful yoga nidra videos Ally 🙏🏻✨ I have a request for a yoga nidra for people in a state of burn out ❤️🔥. I experience this quite regularly and I try to be aware of the signs. It seems at that moment my nervous system just collapses and everything is disregulated. I find my balance ⚖️ after a few days without stimulation and resting alot. But during this time I have no strength and no motivation. I would like to have a yoga nidra to support during this time. A wonderful journey through my body, exploring awareness within and all around. The guided visualization was beautiful, such a feeling of connection to nature and safety/contentment. I’m also really appreciating the alternate hemisphere breathing in my body. Nadi Shodhana breath has always been a favorite of mine; breathing from toes to head, crossing midline and down the other side of my body allowed me to feel as if my consciousness and breath were the same. Loved this one. I found the switching breathing from left to right hemispheres to be a bit challenging at first, but it seems good for my poor struggling brain after coming off antidepressants. Feels like healthy rewiring and activation occurring... and nervous system settling a little. Thank you, Ally, from Canada.
