I've been listening to it in the early hours. I was struggling with sleep due to everything going on in the world right now. Your tone of voice and pace are perfect. I also have ME/CFS. Although I am phsycially still struggling these videos help me to get a good nights sleep which definitely helps me feel a little better in the day as At least I am not experiencing lack of sleep tiredness on top of the Fatigue. Thank you Ally!

Im suffering from stress and panic attacks which put my whole body in fight or flight mode and i think im dying in that moment and al kinds of scary thoughts , after it wears down a little i always feel vulnerable for the next few hours and next day .. i felt like i needed this off my chest and i hope things get better so im not so easily stressed pff . Just finished this lovely Yoga Nidra at 5 am. I enjoy practicing early in the morning when I can. My dog cuddled up and got in on the goodness with me this morning. I do feel more calm to start my day. Thank you.
I was so irritated and restless. Reacting big to traffic and the congestion of people. I actually thought of having a glass of wine to calm down. Instead, I did this practice. I am centered, peace filled and aligned. Wow. Wow! Namaste Ally. Namaste to all who practice Yoga Nidra.

Ally, I like the visualization exercises a lot. The field of stars, fireflies, & so forth. They assist in getting me out of 'narrative' thinking and into the kind of mental twilight between sleep and wakefulness which, for me, are part of the restorative aspect of the practice. Kind regards, N.
Hi Ally was super overwhelmed and anxious, and very tired but didn’t think I would be able to soothe myself and calm my mind enough to complete this, but I did and went off somewhere else entirely. I have just moved home, I’m menopausal, oh and I have MS. I actually love this thank you. Would love to hear more yoga Nidra covering any of the above namaste💕
As a third shifter (4 10 hr days) who sleeps at night on my days off, I have found these to be wonderful for helping to transition my sleep/wake rthyms. I feel also since I've been practicing these for about 3 weeks now, my regular meditation times are deeper. Thank you and Namaste

Hi Ally, this was just what I needed today. I'm due to fly to budapest in an hour and I had a headache, apprehension and tiredness. I found I really connected to the rotation of imagery, as until then I was still a little in my head. I really felt an emotional response to the images quite strongly and it took me a lot deeper.
