Thank you, Ally. I already used this recording before and I normally drifted off at some point. Tonight I wake up in the middle of the night, did the whole session pretty awake... I couldn't sleep. Insomnia is such a difficult process for me, is hard to letting go and accept it, and when I cannot sleep no even for a while, despair invade me. But well I'm here trying to accept what I feel. Writing this is some way helps, but sorry because English is not my first language.
I woke up at 3am again, but instead of going into worry, my new response is to put on this yoga nidra amd trust in the deep rest it will foster. Thank you Ally, what a life-changing practice 🙏💕✨️
I've been very sick since October (maybe long covid on top of autoimmune disorder). I get very weak and tired during the day. Typically I can't nap. I just lie there feeling depressed. With this meditation, I managed to get an hour of sleep and woke up feeling relatively positive and healthy. It didn't last for long, but I'll take it. I suspect with repetition, yoga nidras may train my body to heal itself.
Hi all Do try belly breathing. Breathe deep and long and as you do that your belly shall rise on inhale and fall down on exhale thus engaging diaphragm.

I don't find music helpful, I tend to analyze it, especially if I find it distracting or if I don't like it. Just your soothing voice is all that I need to relax and clear my mind. Thank you.
Aah I feel the same way, music makes me ultra alert and I tend to analyse it and listen more carefully and hence my senses become more heightened. I've tried so many medications but nothing worked like Ally's voice... I have terrible falling asleep quickly, her videos have helped tremendously!

Last night I received the blessing of your work. I wanted to go back to sleep at first, and then I wanted to stay awake so I wouldn't miss anything. A year ago It felt like my hearth wants to explode, for 3months, it got better but did not completely go away, I could not sleep on my back, felt like my hearth will jump out, after taking this once I instantly felt the difference and I could sleep on my back again, thank you allot for this.

Ally, I like how you just suggest the breathing length instead of actually counting it out like in the 2hr version...which helped me enjoy this one a lot better. Thank you for your work! Also not sure what is the tech about the continuous breath and not pausing. I've found pausing helps extend relaxation and creating time to contemplate and watch...it's exquisite. I like your gentle voice and the quite space you create. You also have a unique path you take through the body parts which is not like most traditional yoga nidra...still deciding how much I like it. I do appreciate you going deeper into the anatomy...but find sometimes I feel more like I'm analyzing and observing "noticing" "hearing" "imagining" etc., when I feel like I should be more letting go of this mental space/engine. :) Namaste. I have been listening to this Lovely meditation for over a month. It really helps me. Last night I was woken up by a super loud ad for the first time. I think these loud ads are really dangerous to people who need peace and rest. Is there any way to stop this?
Thanks for the warning. I really agree with you and though I understand why there are adds for financial reasons I cannot understand why there is no warning in cases like this where one goes so deep. Not only potentially dangerous but such a huge disappointment. Really not good for the soul I think.
