Thanks so much for watching! Let me know in the comments below which pregnancy symptoms came as a surprise.
L,
Very calm background music with the movements, kept yawning throughout the video... body very relaxed. Thankyou❤
My pleasure! So happy this practice left you feeling relaxed. Be well!
Thank you for actually making it beginner friendly 🥹❤️
My pleasure!
thank you! i have been using this every day for the past week. i love that it's just slightly challenging but doesn't make you overexert yourself. so calming, peaceful, and grounding🙌🏻
Lovely! I'm so happy you've been practicing with me. I hope you continue to enjoy yoga during your pregnancy. I have more prenatal videos on the way!
Yesss! I was taking your fertility classes earlier this year and now I’m in my second trimester! Thanks for these classes, I truly think they’re the key to my success ☺️
Well, you just made my day! Congrats on your pregnancy! 🎉
Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much! Ive been doing your yoga since my infertility journey and I have now miraculously conceived naturally and 4 months pregnant now. Your yoga practices helped me find my balance. 🥳 God bless you’
Congratulations! This made my morning. Thank you for sharing your good news and kind words with me.
Thank you for this amazing video. I'm 18 weeks at the moment and it feels so good to be moving my body again after a first trimester filled with nausea. I honestly think your amazing fertility yoga videos are a huge reason that our ivf transfer worked. ❤️
Congrats, Amy! And welcome back to movement. I'm happy to hear you're feeling better.
This makes me feel amazing each time. I feel that it is also working my posture. I have to slightly modify the bending over and downward dog due to my heartburns, so I just use my bed/chair to lean on, instead of the floor, to stay more upright. Thank you!
Yay! I love that you made adjustments to the pose to support yourself and give yourself what you needed to feel your best 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Hello Doc,

I'm happy you enjoyed it, Marilyn! More prenatal yoga videos are in the works! Be well.
Perfect timing for this video! I came across your page last year when I was diagnosed with PCOS and now I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my first! Thank you so much for providing this content!
Congrats 🎉! You are so welcome!

Hello I hope you are doing well and when will you have your baby. I am also also on my way to be having a 2nd baby soon and shouldn't be any problems and hope for the best. Guess what it is and the 1st one as well.
Hi Olivia. I hope you're well. Best wishes with baby number 2!
@@LiveFertile thank you. Because when I was 17 years old 2 years ago I was pregnant on my 1st baby and occasionally felt sick. I did have a few problems but it was fine after a few hours when I got birth to my precious baby boy. Now things are going well and Christian is a healthy boy who is happy and is now 2. This time at the age of 19 I will have a baby and hopefully there shall be no problems at all for Genevieve who will be born soon.
@@charlottevanderbrayson352 What beautiful names! So lovely. Thank you for sharing, Olivia.
@@LiveFertile would you name your baby one of those names
@@charlottevanderbrayson352 I really haven't thought about baby names (I'm not pregnant but I do have a passion for preconception and prenatal health along with additional training and experience with these two populations.) Be well!
Gracias ❤
You're welcome!
Thank you dear
You're welcome!
Thank you
My pleasure!
Can I do this with twins
I can’t think of a reason it would be unsafe for multiples unless a medical provider has directed someone to avoid physical activity due to a complication. If you’re unsure, I recommend asking your doctor.
I'm also trying this with a twin pregnancy. My doctor told me as long as nothing hurts it's fine! Stop when it gets to be too much
Hi mam, can i do this yoga in my third trimester also ?
Hi there! It was created with common concerns of the 2nd trimester in mind, but bodies benefit from a variety of poses throughout pregnancy. As long as you feel safe and comfortable in the poses, I would think this practice could be practiced during any trimester. Best wishes!
Thanku🙏
@@TheShahnaz11 You're welcome!
Squats are not safe to do in second trimestar, only at the end of the third..
Interesting… I’ve taken multiple trainings on prenatal yoga and have never read that or been told that. I’d love to know where you that “rule” came from. Would you share your source? Who told you they were unsafe and what was their rationale?
@@LiveFertile I listen to dr and fitness instructor, she said that squats can induce labor ..not sure can I do it or not..
@@tatjanaotic2790 Was this person your personal doctor? If so, then it might warrant a discussion with them to help you decide what is best for you. If it was someone you found online or on a podcast, perhaps ask that person for more information. To my knowledge, labor is initiated by a cascade of hormones, not a shortly-held physical pose. While hip openers are often recommended when someone is near term to prepare their body for labor, I'm not aware of any proof that these poses induce labor. Only you (and perhaps your doctor) can decide if a pose is safe for you if you are unsure.
