Hello. I pray the best outcome for all of you and myself. This is my first exercise and I did not experience any discomfort. I am 15 weeks pregnant and have gained excessive weight especially on my thighs and close to my knees. Rhe veins on my calves have also expanded and I am experiencing shortness of breath, tiredness, and pain. I am really looking forward to being in better shape and being healthier and to have a safe vaginal deliver just as the mom who gave birth to her healthy 9lbs baby.
Currently 16weeks and I’m ready to start moving after all the weakness of 1st trimester. I was previously into yoga but haven’t moved in almost 2years!
Today, I'm 17w6d - I've had horrendous time since week 8th and I'm still fighting nausea and vomiting but I'm finally starting to feel a bit more energised. Today was my 1st exercise with you. After all those weeks, I'm unable to stay in some poses, but I will just listen to my body. Thank you ❤

But I'm committed to doing what I need to to get my body in shape for labor, and I'll be working on doing 2 or 3 of your videos a week. In my second trimester and was very active before pregnancy but did not have energy in the first trimester. Started having constant headaches now and my body was screaming workouts. This was, surprisingly, really good! I am halfway through my second trimester and a muscular mom so taking the day off from hitting the weights and doing something more relaxing for my body and my baby felt really good! I think that I am going to add these workouts to my off days and recovery. Good stuff!
Thanks for this. After 3 months of severe hyperemesis and being too weak to even stand long enough to shower, it feels good to be able to move again. But this was tough, I can really feel how much my muscles have weakened after being immobile for so long!

Unfortunately, my experience of the video kept getting interrupted by badly timed ads, some that came in the middle of balance holds and even one in the middle of shavasana. Could you switch those to be pre-roll or post-roll ads instead?
Totally agree. I love the videos, however my experience is the same with ads interpretation! 4 ads in the middle of everywhere in this video is really crazy.

Did the stretch and yoga for 2nd trimester, it was wonderful. I am happy to have done this. thank you! The two videos were very helpful and gave me energy for the day!
This feels like a well-targeted workout, but it was rough on my neck. You spend a lot of time bending forward so I had to constantly hold my head up actively, had to modify it a bit, keep in mind if your neck is sensitive like mine.
Thank you, that felt great. Question: when on all four positions, are we supposed to be engaging our core? I don't want my belly to just hang but sometimes I wonder how you engage your core and breathe at the same time in that position haha. I want to avoid diastisis recti. Thank you!
All the moves are good and comfortable with little efforts to few But I am not able to make all at once feeling tired at 7th month can do only taking breaks
Someone was just telling me 30 minutes of yoga, 5 times a week is the best exercise to prevent preeclampsia. I have struggled with high BP in pregnancy. I've been trying to do this one plus some other preventative measures. I've had some pretty stressful weeks, and even with white coat syndrome, I had 110/60 BP today! 🎉🎉🎉

25 weeks and this is the second time I’ve done this video. Have to say- this is my go to- I feel great after, mentally and physically
