Hello! This is my second time being pregnant, and I'm only a little over 6 weeks along. My first pregnancy didn't go beyond 7 weeks, and I was devastated. I'm not gonna lie: I'm still recovering mentally and emotionally from it since it happened in the middle of last year. I'm hoping I make it beyond the 7 weeks this time, but it's not easy: I'm already considered a high risk pregnancy with only one kidney, and I'm taking the necessary time off from work to help reduce my stress. However, it is making me very restless. I got back into yoga just shortly before I found out I was pregnant, and your videos have helped me tremendously! Thank you so much! I'm trying to stay positive for myself, my baby, and my husband! I'd welcome any and all healing vibes- and I'll be sure to give quite a few back to you all! Be well! ❤
Hey I hope all is well! i'm sorry to hear about what happened i'll pray for you idk if you believe in Jesus but i'm telling you he works miracles pray to him, repent of your sins and learn of him and he will work miracles in your life just like he has for myself and others.
@brionahamilton9933 Thank you! I appreciate your consideration and regards - I'm Buddhist, actually, but I grew up in a Christian household and have a lot of Christian friends and continue to be open-minded. I pretty much welcome all forms of help and kindness, lol. I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow! It's already looking promising, and I couldn't be more relieved! Thank you again for reaching out! 🤗 Good luck and peace be with you! ❤️
@@Tealc-yg2dj I'm so happy to read your update! Wishing you a healthy and calm pregnancy, and a fast and painless labor! May you, your baby, and husband be healthy and happy! ❤❤
Thought I would update you all finally: I was due on the 24th (yesterday), but due to the full moon, I actually ended up delivering on the 17th when I was 39 weeks exactly. It was the hardest thing I've ever endured, and honestly, if my family hadn't been there.... it would have been so much harder. My water broke at home over the toilet (convenient, LOL), and I was in labor for 22 hours afterward (water broke on the 16th). I didn't get to 10 cm dilated, only 8 cm because the cord was wrapped around the baby's neck twice (ironically, exactly how my husband was born). At the time, all the midwives were sent on a trip and I had no one that I knew in the delivery room.... which really stressed me out more. However, the doctor was great. He had to cut my perineum, and I pushed until he told me to stop. He removed the cord from her neck, and I continued to push her the rest of the way out (they had to attach a vacuum as well to help get her out). She came out face up, 6 lbs 7.4 oz at 2:42 pm -- and everything went okay! The risk of pre-eclampsia was significantly lowered at 35 weeks, and I was soooooo relieved when my Nephrologist told me this! ❤ Thank you all for the support! And thank you, Jessica, for all these videos that prepared me! ❤
40 weeks pregnant and i did every day one of your exercises, cant wait to see my baby! Im sure my labor gonna be easy. Thank you so much for all your videos, ❤️❤️
I followed this video while I was pregnant during the last two trimesters. Initially, I did it only because I wanted to keep workout routine and wanted to be active during my pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and I had relatively quick delivery (according to my midwife). I want to say thank you for creating this useful content! Keep going
Thank you so much for your amazing videos and workouts during pregnancy! I was doing your workouts and breathing techniques from my second trimester! Today I just gave birth to a baby girl so fast, without epidural, because it wasn’t possible 😂 I had an induced labor due to Strep Group B positivity as well same as my first pregnancy with a boy and It was a very painful ride, but I’m grateful for this experience. With all complications I had, this delivery was the best chosen one for me at the moment of time. And I was prepared for this mentally with your workouts 🎉 I can’t wait to start your postpartum workouts, so I can feel fit! And I’m not having any postpartum blues ❤❤❤ I hope every woman, who is expecting a baby and enjoying your workouts and videos will have a good delivery, because you’re preparing every future mother really well! Keep up the fantastic work! Sorry for my over emotional comment, but it was simply sincere 🙈
I’ve learned and benefited so much from your videos! 24 weeks pregnant and this is all helping me stay WAY more comfortable and strong than I felt in my first pregnancy. Thank you Jessica!! ❤
22 weeks pregnant now. Every day with exercise helps me feel better, and positive in work and life. Trust this 4th baby is happy and comfortable also. Thanks, Jessica. ❤
I feel so fit thanks to you! I'm at my 37th week and still doing your training. Last week I made a pause and the swelling appeared. Now I run back to your trainings, because the benefits are absolutely evident. Thank you so so much. Your videos are both a cuddle and a challenge in this crazy time. Thank you really a lot for your work
Thankyou for the pregnancy workout videos. I had been doing these workouts from second trimester and felt so energetic throughout my pregnancy. Even though I had complications I could manage to have a normal delivery ,these exercises helped !
I was told to avoid squatting unless it’s 1-2 months before delivery because it lowers your baby and increases risk of pre-term delivery. A doctor mentioned this because I was exercising a lot and doing a lot of the squatting but seems that’s what people do in their 8th month to accelerate the delivery and position of baby. Otherwise I love your videos and do them daily except the squatting
Im not very active. I’m 29 weeks 5 days today. I stopped at 13:23 this is hard when you aren’t a very active person. I have hardwood floors and I need to figure out something to help ease the pain off my knees and hands when on the ground. I don’t have a mat and the rug I have doesn’t feel different than the floor. Tomorrow I’m going to try again but I am out of breathe and my hands and knees hurt. 😅 I know this won’t compare to labor pain but I’m still proud of myself.
25 weeks pregnant today, and have been doing your videos since I found out I was pregnant. Thank you for all your amazing videos. I have a bad back, and haven’t felt any back pain since discovering your channel. 😊
23 weeks now, I had the worse tailbone pain few days ago while sitting down as I was doing only walking as an exercise everyday and this routine once or twice a week. The day I started doing this routine again I felt immediately relived of the pain I was experiencing. Maybe it was due to some intermediate issue however the continued exercise made me feel better slowly. Love the way it makes me feel when I am consistent and feel much more energetic! Love your content! ❤
Great sequence! It gave me energy for the whole day. For me, it was like three parts coming together and in the right order. Thank you so much for creating this channel!!! ❤
Personally I like doing different workouts everyday. Can't imagine doing the same thing for the whole 9 months Lol. Waiting for your next pregnancy challenge! Can you also pls have a more comprehensive post partum program? like for 6-12 weeks post birth? Something to heal and slowly transition back into regular workouts.
Thanks for this workout and all the other ones you provide!!! I am almost at the 17-weeks mark and have been using your workouts since the beginning of my pregnancy. They are a huge help!
Thanks heaps, Jessica, for making and sharing all your videos. I’m so glad I stumbled upon your channel one day when I was just starting to educate myself on GDM. You’re such a huge help. HiHi, question... When you are in your birth month, and the baby is getting lower and lower; Is it still safe to strech when you are a flexible person? I would like to read some good books on pregnancy. Can anyone suggest me.
Is it safe to do during second trimester. I need something to help with pelvic pains
Yes 💞
when to start this exercises
U say during pregnancy we will be taking yoga poses a little bit light not too deep , and here i am , falling sweat on the ground😅😅
Can I do this exercise in 32 weeks?
How I keep my baby pulled in?? 😅😩
Should I eat first before I do this kind of exercise??
Yes, I do recommend eating before (not necessarily right before), but not ideal to exercise ok an empty stomach during pregnancy 💞
or just do bodyweight squats and lightweight deadlifts
