I’m not religious but hearing you say that god was making you strong was really amazing.
Neither am I and I started to tear up!!
Same here.
@Genevieve DuQuesnay SAME HAHA
Same
YOUR PFP
people when having contractions: tells their partner (if they have one) does breathing exercises
doing some good stretches. sarah: unloads the dishwasher
my mum and aunts did it. They do LOADS of washing cooking and cleaning before the baby is born it just comes naturally apparently. It has a name but I can’t remember it lol
@BJ-ip4vu nesting?
@sophieanneburd4109 YES!!
Lmao yes
My mom vacuumed and cooked and cleaned the house while she was having painful contractions 💀💀
As a teenager I'm personally very scared of child birth, and the fact that you've done this 4 times now is absolutely amazing. I absolutely love how strong and independent you are!
Dont worry you dont have to get pregrant! You can adopt or even dont have children it's your choice ;)
Broo my mum gave birth 8 times like HOWW!
same i find my own health terrifying and even get panic attacks, I'm 13 but I overthink my future a lot. Thing is if i do get pregnant in the future, not only will i be scared because of the actual pregnancy and all the things that come with it but also since i have severe scoliosis and will be having a surgery for it next year i feel like that could maybe add a few more problems 😭
Same here, it just seems scary
Or cesarean , that dont hurt
Wonderful job Sarah. I watched your birthing videos when I was pregnant with our second. We just had an unmedicated, water birth at home two weeks ago. I was in labor for only 8 hours and seven minutes start to finish. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. When I was approaching 10 cm it was the most intense part of the whole delivery. I remember at one point screaming out, "I can do this!! I can do this!!" My midwife and birthing assistants cheered in affirmation as did my husband. When our little girl arrived and they sat me in bed, I just remember weeping and thanking those women. The home birth was a night and day difference from my hospital birth. Those women afforded me dignity, respect, praise, and compassion. Having our baby at home, my husband was able to catch our baby and have his hands on me, present and a part of the birth from start to finish. I read Ina Mays guide to childbirth and it will hold a place in my heart forever. The information and encouragement that book gives is amazing! Don't see your rushes or "contractions" as pain. Your body is a powerhouse, built by the almighty God of heaven to bring life into this world. It is a glorious honor He has given us. Well wishes to all women who stumble across this post. You can do this, God made you for times such as these. 🙏🧡
Amen. Expecting my second baby Feb.25th by the Grace of God. Thank yu for this post
Baby is so beautiful and cute 😍 💕 congratulations 🎊 🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉♥️♥️♥️
@sylviamkenya370 I will pray for you and baby. Know in your bones that God made you to bring life into this world. You can and will do this! 💜💙
@mapleleaf3803 Thank you so much dear. I actually started to have labor last night. I'm 38 weeks gone...At this time I have abdominal cramps, l feel weak and am monitoring the contractions.
Praise be to God. Yesterday night I danced and praised God, I had all the energy, cleaned the entire house...to my least of expectations that today I will be just lying in bed feeling no energy and cramping...i focus on the rushes, and knowing baby is moving in the right dorection.
Praise be to God. I can't wait for baby to be here already.
Amen! I am 39 weeks pregnant with #4, preparing to do it home alone because I don’t have the luxury of a sitter in order to spend the time away in the hospital. It was meant for me to see this post. Thank you ❤
i’m a 22 years old male and i unconsciously broke a tear when the baby came out. i didnt even know what feeling that was i just felt the tension and the tear came out by itself when i saw the baby. i guess witnessing the born of a human being is just that beautiful. can’t imagine if one day i’ll be witnessing my future wife giving birth to a child of ours :’)
Wow, your pregnancy story is really deep. How painful was it for you to give birth? How long were you in labor for? Just questions I have as a 65 year old male who is currently pregnant. :)
@onlinescavengerhunt8900 ummmm u know they’re talking about the video right
@onlinescavengerhunt8900 🤣
@sam-nu8qj sarcasm is real 😳🤣😂
22 yr old female who does not want kids as of right now or anytime in the near future. Never really had a huge motherly feeling towards random kids and I don't really find them to be the cutest things in the world, but I too broke down in tears watching this for some reason. Crazy, the impact this stuff has on the human mind.
That fact you were moving and slightly groaning from the discomfort, and in the same breath telling your husband “it’s not that bad” haha! Women are amazing
@saida you are right
@saida You are incorrect. It’s still women, no need for change. Whether a women wishes to have a child or not, does not deflect the fact that the ability this gender is blessed with is amazing. No point in making the sentence unnecessarily long for the sake of correcting something that is not incorrect. Women are amazing for having the capability to give life. That is all.
@kaleycooper9111 yeah women are amazing but they were talking about people who give birth but not all people who give birth are women.
@kaydarula Of course all people who give birth are women...
@missnobody4990 no they're not.
She made giving birth look like something she just did casually on a Sunday afternoon. So effort less.
I mean this her 4th child aready
@sunphin2610 Wow, she looks so young for 4 kids. Good for her.
@minawashere8575 ikr she lives such a healthy life to look like that my mom has 2 and so done with that
FOR REAL. I guess it's because she's done the same with 4 kids before but I know it can be different every time. Some births are harder than other but she made it look so easy!
@sunphin2610 genetics don't mean someone is healthy people who look a certain way are sometimes the opposite
I’m so happy she normalizes pooping because it’s so natural and no woman should ever be embarrassed by it. I’m giving birth in July and I was so worried about this but no one can control it and the strength that she had through this entire labor it’s absolutely incredible. Also the humor she had throughout seriously was making me feel so happy I get like that when I’m in pain so I can totally relate and it’s just so refreshing to see such a beautiful and raw birth like this one 😭🥺🥰
I hope your birth went well!
Still gross
what do you want from a women giving birth ???? your existance for watching this whole video is gross ,it is like ..are you gonna give birth darling why are you here ???? talk when you know what is giving birth like !
@alexandramoyer8785And your gross with that attitude.
@alexandramoyer8785yep. Poop is gross no matter where u do it. That doesn’t make it anything more than something natural that happens.
Most people in labor: Tells their partner, does breathing exercises
Sarah: *unloads dishwasher*
This cracked me up 😂
Sarah: *unloads dishwasher while pregnant and about to have a child*
My mom when she was pregnant: *how pregnancy actually goes and throws up*
(Im not showing hate on my mom btw I love you mama 🥺❤️😘)
I did the dishes as well while I was in labor 😄😄😄
I wanted my home to be tidy and giving birth was not that hard 😊
@julia.adelhardt hehe that's good!! ☺️
When my mum was in labour with my brother, she did a grocery shop and was helping to decorate the house 😂😂 She was in labour for 38 hours and just ploughed on through half of it doing chores 😂😂 I have nothing but respect for my mother, I certainly wouldn't have been able to do that xx
I took my 3.5yr old shopping, got our nails done and went to the grocery store for snacks.
As a 13 year old I am truly terrified of giving birth knowing that periods are nothing compared to birth but you’ve inspired me in 30 minutes ❤️
Uh- sameeeeeeeee 😩 yo I’m 13 to lol
im 13 too am i am already stressed thinking about it. and i wanted 4 kids
What about animals who have like 7+ 😭
Im 14 and im absolutely terrified of natural birth. My pain tolerance is extremely low sooo- that contributes to why im scared of natural birth q0q. My future husband (if i have one) better not expect babies- :”)
I’M 111 edit: 11
youtube at midnight: wanna watch somebody give birth?
me: sure
me too, it's 20 mins to 3 a.m now XD
SAME LOL
It’s 2:30 A.M and I have no idea why I’m watching this right now 😭
Dudes it's 11 pm almost midnight lmao 🤣 (It really is 11 pm at night and I'm here watching this Xd, if you tube had the option to send screen shots or images I would've send proof of my time Xd)
9:55 🙃
It’s that time during the month where I’m having baby fever, I literally watch so many of these videos and I can’t wait to have a baby!
@kaylee Singleton Ikr same here ..All the best our babies coming in 2023..Healthy pregnancies n healthy babies..Hope you are taking ur prenatals before hand I am🤰💯🙏
Sameeee
It's not as easy as u think it comes wit a lot of pain I'm 14 weeks pregnant wit my 4th baby I'm due in 6 more months I'm not scared or worried I had my 1st baby at the age of 20 my 2nd baby at 26 and my 3rd baby at 32 and I'm having my 4th baby at the age of 33 it's very hard
Brah why are you so caim your wasting everyone’s time!
@J. Flores thank u I need that
As a 14 year old, this just made me more terrified than ever.. when she said "I can feel his head"
When I was 14 I dreamed Abt having kids and all... Now I'm 16, I feel like we are growing really fast and time Is going fast aswell. I'm hoping best hehe ▼・ᴥ・▼
@bts_crackhead101 do you not anymore?
@lemonjuice6715 lol no I didn't meant that... I was saying that I started to think Abt kids when I was 14 and I always wanted to have... And we are growing really fast I hope time will pass more quick and I'll be able to live a happy life with kids and my future partner✨, I'm thinking so deep lmao but yeah
I struggle to understand how people are scared. I discovered all this on my own at 15 and I find it beautiful. I turn 18 soon and I've wanted a baby since 13 and still do. Tajhmama/Natasha Maile(?)'s dolphin breech water birth is what inspired me to all of this. She figured out painless birth and has had several children. People make fun of her but I think people like that are just pigs and sheep. The future isn't for them, its for us who are open minded and want to except good! And that doesn't have to have anything to do with religion. I believe in a higher power but I'm not a Christian, in fact the bible and hearing about it upsets me. I was raised christian but left three years ago. Good luck on your journey!
@CaramalGoddessFrFr sameeeee
Gosh Sarah you are INCREDIBLE. You handled everything with such grace and positivity. Congratulations on the sweetest addition to your family 🤍
youre so cute, dalilah
@lovemeforme101 has
Like she was laughing and everything! She has got this !!
Tired of life every day. I understand because I’ve already been in this situation. I’m definitely a lot happier now and you can be to. Jesus is the only way you can find that hole in your chest. You can finally be happy and know the truth of this world. You won’t need to be stressed all the time bc if you go to God. He will make sure to make way for your time to shine and help you in many things you never thought would happen. I’m telling you that I was LOST but he found me and I’m glad to say that I found my Lord. He filled me up with happiness and who ever needs that rn then go to GOD please :/
Ikr she kept smiling
Me as a teenager, I was a son or a daughter badly but I’m just terrified of child birth. No one truly goes over EVERYTHING and I would like to know everything about it. I’ve wanted to be a mom when I get older but I just have been scared of the process of giving birth, the labor, contractions and everything. Seeing you go through this and staying strong the entire way really motivated me
Coming from someone who is pregnant at 16 please wait if you’re still in school dont rush it..it is so much pressure on yourself so much stress.. it is so beautiful but at the same time so draining especially if youre doing it by yourself..focus on your future and what your plans are..im so scared of birth but i cant back out on it so i have to go with it..if you dont have the support or money please think of it twice..it is so difficult and its only gonna get more harder.. i love my baby with all my heart but I should’ve waited.
here come the comments for people telling them to wait even tho they already said they want them when they are older
@ilsecarrasco6596 does it hurt?
Adriana Uy this is my first pregnancy im only 16 weeks and its very difficult especially with school.. ive always been scared of giving birth but its something i have to do.. definitely wait till you think you are mentally and emotionally stable and have money.. its a really beautiful think to go through but it really does drain you..
same
Your pain tolerance is INSANE. I’ve never seen a more calm in medicated birth.
Watch more videos… Most people are calmer than medicated women in the hospital.
Exactly right ^ because medical invertentions alter the women's and babies natural hormones and chemical balance e.g oxytocins etc
Most home births are calmer. There's nothing more stressful than not be able to move because you've been paralyzed basically with your epidural. Not to mention all the strangers coming in and out and checking and leaving. It's not fun in a hospital but I get why most people do it because giving birth is scary.
girl i can't even get the motivation to put dishes away on a regular basis LET ALONE WHILE IN LABOR??? you're a queen. the strongest woman. so much respect for you omg
It helps to stay busy in early labor.
Lol with my first born, dishes were my first thought when I went into labor 😂 I didn't want the baby to come home to dirty dishes
I was in labor while doing dishes. I screamed and said Josh why aren't you getting ready? I'm leaving..had the baby 2 hours later...hospital was an hour away.
Yes! With my first, my water broke & hubby wanted to leave then. I cleaned up the house, took a shower and a nap and THEN we went to the hospital. 😅
She's nesting
I'm very confused of why this was on my recommendation. But it's amazing of how well you went through this!
Same tho xd

I feel really stupid not knowing baby’s came out as purple as thanos

Yeah lmaoo they can be born pink, purple, even somtimes blue
@monalisaheree4338 or yellow
I was pinkk-
I’m bawling my eyes out at how beautiful this was. I’m newly pregnant with my first and I’m terrified and excited… so many feelings
Awww
Hi Skyler!
I'm currently pregnant with my 5th munchkin ☺️
My best advice- you're going to get a lot of advice. Do NOT be afraid to do what YOU feel is best.
If I had one bit to offer other than that, starting from pretty much day one, when baby is sleepy lay baby down while he or she is sleepy. When you introduce the habit of laying them down awake but drowsy (which won't happen much in the first few weeks/months but as they get older) it makes bedtime SO much easier.
My youngest is 11 months, I learned this lesson the hard way with my previous 3. Our youngest has zero issues going to sleep/nap! He gets a bottle and a change on schedule and then I take him into his bed, play a little peekaboo and then I leave the room, he doesn't even cry (I'm totally serious here).
The adjustment from no kids to one kiddo was the hardest for me. Be gentle with yourself, and be aware of what you need as a mom 💜
How did it go?
It's the best and the worst all at the same time!
Also pregnant with my first, cried so much cause it was so beautiful. 39 weeks now; going unmedicated at the midwife unit. Wish me luck❤❤❤
Even though I don’t wanna have kids I totally admire woman who decide to go through that experience !! Wanted maternity is beautiful ! I admire your strength! Congrats mamma ❤️❤️
Same! She is very strong! :]

@sweettissleeess not everyone believes in religion and the hole in their heart can be solved from help with depression.
@sweettissleeess god isnt real and how is that relevent to this video?
Me too! its unbelievable how strong women could be.
Watching a woman giving birth is probably one of the most beautiful and intense experience in this world. It always makes me cry as if I am doing it myself, there might be a connection between all women at this time. Thank you for sharing this very personal moment Sarah Therese. You are teaching a lot without maybe realizing it. May the Almighty make us always stronger than we were, grant us beautiful company and support in our lives and make us wonderful mothers and examples for our children. Lots of love and peace. Your sister Fatima💚🌷💚
This is beautiful and I absolutely agree.
I completely agree
I was nearly in tears and didn’t realize that my hand was on my lower stomach like I was feeling her pain or a baby through empathy for her. Women are amazing and I hope to be as patient and calm as her when I go through this one day.
Definitely a connection. Because I haven't had kids and I'm balling. Such primal grace!
I'm 16 but I'm scared to get pregnant when I'm older. It must hurt so much right? It gives me goosebumps just to hear what it feels to be in labor. I'm scared and makes me think that I'll be good if adopt a baby for me.
Fatima- oop
This is personally terrifying as a pre-teen I’m scared of giving birth this made it easier to think about it’s not too scary as in movies but ik it still hurts a lot I love how strong u are! < 3
you know you dont have to give birth, you can just adopt, or not have kids at all
It’s not that bad. I had 3 naturally.
@g_luke08 I’m sure they know that but there’s nothing short of a miracle than child birth
nah it just made me more scared =)
@ssomelissaduskcamp8605 why is it a miracle? i guess when you have the baby it is, but the pain its kinda scary
Iam a doctor & I had my 2d vaginal birth 2 months ago ; you are so brave & strong ..
As a doctor i admire you
As a mom i cried watching this video ; I remembered every moment of my child birth ..
the beautiful thing that you were praying God to make you stronger
Even as a muslim ; I was praying the exact same thing 😇🙏🏻🙏🏻
thank you for sharing this video ..
saying Hi from Iraq 🇸🇾
my absolute favourite part of every birth vlog is seeing the mother's eyes light up as soon as the baby is born. every mother goes from looking exhausted and in pain to over the moon with joy. it's beautiful.
it’s so beautiful 🥺
Oxytocin is one hell of a drug
It’s sooooo crazy how as a teenager I found birth disturbing and an uncomfortable thing to watch, and now as a 22 year old, I shed a couple tears at the end because of how beautiful of a moment that was!!
@젊은처녀-v6s Bro- Go to tinder or some shit
I feel you. I'm 27 and planning on starting a family soon with my partner. When I was younger I remember being scared of the pain. Now I cry almost every time I watch someone give birth, and cannot wait to experience it myself, pain and all. It's probably one of the most beautiful things on earth and one of the closest things to a miracle I've seen 🥺💗
Lalisa Manoban She was just expressing her feelings as a teen, not all teens
Im 31 and I'm still grossed out and have never cried watching these 😂
It was so cute when the little girl said “the bathroom is all ready mama” that was too cute
My heart warmed up when she said that 😍 she's gonna be such a great woman when she's older I can already picture it ❤️

Time stamp?
It’s crazy because before I even knew how to get pregnant I told myself I wanted to have a water birth & now I’m 26 weeks. This gave me so much encouragement and insight ! This was so beautiful Sarah
How was your water birth?
Update?
“God made me strong, He made me strong” I was so inspired by that part ❤️
Incredible words indeed. Peace to you and to all. Take care.

@_quit0 what?
I love how right after that she had the strength to push her baby out. Such a heartwarming video.
“Yeah dudes I think my water broke” is easily my favorite line so far
My favourite is from her last birth after she caught the baby when no one was looking and she was like “did you guys see that?!”
I can’t imagine not being able to curl up in a ball and squeeze my stomach when having cramps… (I’m sure contractionsare worse)🥴
Your a great mom
Meee
You dont have period while you are pregnant tho
@mariakarayianni8357 That’s not what they meant .
They meant because of the cramps they get , they can’t imagine trying to avoid that pain , like how you can’t with pregnancy .
It's my case too lol
Aw the pure joy in your voice when you said "It's a girl!" I wish every baby in world was welcomed with such happiness and excitement
This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd birth video I've watched of Sarah's and I swear, she has babies easier than I can even get myself to drink water. A true natural at show casing what a woman's body can do all on its own
Wow beautiful said and SO TRUE! 🥰
She's a trooper Amazing woman
Omg praise the lord!!! You are incredible mama!!! 💕🙏🏻✨ congratulations!!!!
i love ur birth Vids
im jo’s grandson
Shout out to your support system though. That’s what really was beautiful to me. I feel like so many women go through pregnancies alone and through horrible circumstances so to see people around you that love you and are there for you to bring and do whatever you need is so beautiful. Having people like that around is a true blessing.
Yeah. My sister is pregnant, she's at week 33 but unfortunately she's alone, she doesn't have a partner. The fact that she could go through all this alone scares me but I hope my family and I will be able to support her anyway!!
I giggled and cried when you apologised for pooping, this was empowering and real, I’m expecting twins and I’m 22 weeks, I’m hoping for a natural birth but I can’t be sure I’ll be as calm as you or be able to stand the pain, but you made me feel like its possible and so Thankyou for that
Why does poop come out at birth?
@melymalak8722 It doesn't always happen but it is common because the muscles and the pushing are just like when you are having a bowel movement.
@melymalak8722 the pushing, pressure of baby moving down and because of the relaxin and other hormones, pregnancy causes constipation.
Many women poop! Some don’t realize it because it’s cleaned up immediately! I pooped and my poor SIL cleaned it right up. I kept saying “I’m sorry” as my body kept pushing my son out.
I think after giving birth and the torture a Body can give with, a poop is absolutely fine 😅 it is Natural If you think about the pain...
“She looks like you Ellie!”
The baby: *blue*
I saw purple lamo
Her name is not Ellie it’s Sarah

Her- “maybe I should do the dishes”
I emptied the washing machine loaded another one before going to hospital.
It’s a waiting game. You may as well do something around the house that needs done. I got up and and between contractions dust mopped several floors and the furniture. Had to ask my husband three times to please get up and take me to the hospital. We made it in time.
Sarah: Giving birth
Also Sarah: Leading us in a lovely breathwork class
i love how sarah's definition of resting is cleaning the kitchen. YOU ARE ONE TOUGH COOKIE!!!
My gosh this woman is so amazing. The whole time she was so calm. I can't even imagine what I would've done if I was in her place. By the end of the video I was bawling. It was so incredible ❤️
*I’m already bawling. You are a rockstar, Sarah!* 💛💛💛 you singing Steven Curtis Chapman cracked me up! Keep shining your light, my friend!
Hello
Congratulations!!!!!!!! God bless you! You had that Hoky Ghost Momma strength through your birth! May God bless all of you! She is sooooooooooo beautiful:)
I was just looking for your channel wondering whether you were pregnant loool

"Contractions are always worse when you're laying down". And male doctors have grown to make it normal to lay down when you're giving birth. Which is why it's so much worse during labor when laying down instead of when you're up and giving birth
It was from a French king who had a FETISH for watching women give birth so he used to watch them in that position. It came from that. Every part of being a woman has been fetishised
@thunder_heads Its so sad.
@thunder_heads ....what
@hanac5586 yep you are supposed to do it in a squatting or in the dog yoga position as it helps the baby move along.
In hospital in that position you are in for HOURS you can't labour properly and it hurts more.
@thunder_heads that's awful, why in the world they are still using the bed technique if it's known that squatting is much better :0
So happy for All the new mommy’s out there. I had my miracle baby 12 years ago. Never got the chance to have another baby because of infertility. Still get super happy to see you guys bringing new precious lives into this world 🧸🎀
Such lovely words. I'm sorry for you, that you didn't get to have more babies. I'm in the same boat my dear. I have one beautiful son, but i sadly, never got to carry any more babies. I would have loved to, but although i'm still fertile, i just never got pregnant again. I guess i wasn't really trying/wanting to back then anyways, but now, after i've married my truest love and the man i should've married long before, it's too late. We could have tried some years ago, but i couldn't make up my mind. Now, i'm too old for pregnancy/babies, even though biologically i could still carry one to term. Nonetheless however, i still enjoy watching/seeing all the new wee miracles, enter this sometimes harsh and uncertain world. I can only wish all new parents and all new lives, only the very best that life has to offer. We all deserve a good life, no matter what. Peace to all and wishing all, a Merry Christmas and happy NY.
God bless you! I wish we knew each other, because I help couples all the time - I have over 130 babies in our system of fertility care that helps and hopes in a scientific science that is God approved, safe, healthy, effective, and maintains respect and dignity of the man, the woman, and the children who result. Grateful you have you miracle baby! I'm menopausal, with a good fertility, but single. Still, as women we are ALL mothers, nurturers and so we never lack to live. I feel called to adopt in addition/anyway...so, we''ll see :)
sarah is such a queen. in the tub, laboring, in pain and she's like "I'm totally fine. I'm totally fine." Love this woman.
In the tub? I thought she was in some horror house of something with that wall, "tub" bathroom, etc.
Allena Tapia they’re remodeling the bathroom
Sarah a few years ago giving birth in her bath tub: “IM NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN”
Me: 👁👄👁
Yeah that's what I remember....
That's what I remembered
And she got rid of all that baby stuff because they weren't having any more babies
Is a woman not allowed to change her mind? Never mind Sarah, the above comments are just ridiculously of poor character. You and your family went through the home birthing beautifully. True it is not for everyone, but those who do not support this type of birthing do not have to do it. I think it is fabulous that you posted your experience for other families to view. You are very classy and now I would like to say Congratulations to you and your family! All the best!
@nancyhitzroth5941 I’m sorry…? This comment was supposed to be taken lightly and with comedic thoughts…
omg i've never seen a stronger woman as uu laughing while you're giving a birth and that positive energy and thr calmness you have i'll raise a toast to u 😭
I specifically remember you saying to your husband, 'we never have to do this again right?' After catching your last baby 😅
It incredible not only how worth it the pain is, but how it's also instantly forgotten after your holing your precious baby. You were built to birth mama! Congratulations 🎊
I love how the kids were comforting her and making sure she was okay that is the sweetest thing ❤️
Sarah: **in labor**
Also Sarah: hmm. yeah, I’m not gonna wake anyone up yet and I’m gonna do chores. Yeah! 🥰🥰🥰
Absolutely NO HATE to you! You were very strong to do this and share your experience! I just thought that was funny.
Fun fact: when my mom was pregnant of my brother when she started being in labor she actually started folding clothes-
@willwoodstrycicle5160 ok?
@willwoodstrycicle5160 yea this happened to all my aunts and my mum, I think it’s some like thing that comes natural it has a name, but I can’t remember it lol
@BJ-ip4vu called nesting 💖
@hannahaustin347 thank you ☺️
As a young girl I am absolutely HORRIFIED of childbirth and periods are absolutely NOTHING compared to the level of pushing out a whole baby, good job Mama! We are here to support you ❤️❤️❤️

I cried watching this. I'm on my fourth pregnancy. I gave birth in the hospital for my first three. I had the epidural for all, and it was a very traumatizing experience. So for this pregnancy, I am doing at home birth. I am nervous and feel so unprepared. Thank you for reminding us how strong we really are. Congratulations on your beautiful addition! 💕
Jazmin, all the very best to you my dear. Take care and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Have much fun this Christmas Season & may 2022, bring you & your loved ones, only the best that life has to offer. Peace x
Hi Jazmin!!
Our stories are similar! My 4th last year was a hospital birth (no midwives available for a home birth) but it was my first unmedicated birth. (Currently pregnant with #5)
I labored at home (almost too long). If you find the things that relax you (for me it was yoga type music with nature sounds), sip water, remember to breathe, it is surprisingly not painful. The only reason I didn't accidentally have our baby at home was because I went from whatever I was to an 8 very rapidly and had some serious bloody show and it freaked me out so I went in, turns out I was an 8.
My 4 year old daughter was sleeping in the living room with me that night, she didn't stir once and I didn't feel the need to even vocalize while at home. You got this, you can do it!
With my last pregnancy I had wanted a home birth so badly due to previous bad hospital experiences, but felt no support and like I had no other choice but to go to the hospital. My daughters labor was less than 3 hours long, and 45 minutes after my water broke I caught her myself in my living room. I didn't even push, my contractions did all of the work. She was crying before her shoulders even came out. I nursed her right away on my couch while I waited for my parents to arrive to watch my other kiddos and take me to the hospital (they thought to give birth 🙃 😅) . I got my home birth after all. This time I plan on doing it intentionally 😆
I hope you have a beautiful birth. Best of luck mama.
How did it go? No better time than now, to stay clear of the mainstream, medical birth.
Hi!! I just came across your comment and wondered if you had the baby yet?
I’m a teenager and I’ve always had a fear of giving birth in the future but this video reminded me of the sheer amount of respect I have for mothers who have gone through childbirth. Thank you so much for giving me faith and congratulations on your baby she’s so beautiful
“yeah dudes I think that was my water…” I love you so much your vibe is honestly amazing and how calm you were during this is honestly amazing! !!
I was so tense just watching Sarah have contractions and then Kieran said: "This is what you're made for, you got three annoying kids as a result" and I completely lost it 😂😂😂
I honestly NEEDED to hear that relatable moment to remember that they are human lol and their kids are also human. ❤️❤️
Me: seeing adorable little toddlers in public
My boyfriend: those kids look annoying
Me: 😮 so your telling me that if me and you have kids they will be annoying?! I'll do the parenting and you can sit back and play Minecraft all you want 😌
My boyfriend: 😃
ok i know i said i didnt ever want to go through pregnancy but after seeing the face she made right after the baby came out is making me rethink my life plans
i’m never gonna have kids. y’all stay safe tho ✋
Same 😭
Same I just can't
Same 💀
it literally sounds so scary??? im adopting
same lol
When you said “God made me strong” I lost it and just started crying from there on out. This was incredible and one of the most powerful birth vlogs I’ve watched. So nice to see you and Kieran hang out in bed with the baby afterwards too. Such a peaceful home birth experience! Congratulations to mom and dad x4!!!
I was literally about to post the SAME THING almost exactly word for word. Such an inspiring moment and one where I absolutely lost it.
Congratulations to such a beautiful family 💞
@Miss.NPhysicalEd yes god does make us stronger thank god her and the baby are good ❣🙏🏿
throughout the whole video, I had my hands together and was saying 'lets go Sarah, you got this' the whole time. Congratulations!! As a 16 year old, honestly speaking the whole labor part frightened me. I don't think I'll want to go through pregnancy but I'll still want to build a family in the future, seriously dealing with periods are too much for me, it's amazing how women, mums, are able to go through this! I am so proud of all the mums out there!

You have perfectly enough time, don't worry, your opinion might change through time. I'm 30 now and I was soooo scared of pain up until last year, and I'm starting to feel like it's going to worth it no matter what. I started feeling less and less afraid and more and more that I will be able to do it when my time comes. I guess my hormones are starting to make me feel this way to push me into wanting it and not to be scared. As far as I know, lots of emotions change too due to the hormonal changes of pregnancy, so don't worry, you'll get there (if you choose to) 🥰
yes girl i feel the same
@MissKateWalk Yes, perhaps when I'm older I'm hoping to go through pregnancy and give birth ^^ thanks for this information
me too
28:37 🥹🥹🥹 “she’s so friggin cute” ❤🎉
i loved that moment when her little girl came up to hug her and Sarah just hugged her back. even though she was in pain she didnt get mad or snap at her she just hugged back. that was beautiful
When was that
@Kenzie VN i think she means her other daughter when she was having a contraction not the newborn
@oakleytheduck 12:29 That is the part when the little girl hugs the momma.
I shed a tear at that part, it was absolutely beautiful - mama and daughter sharing a moment together
Her expression right after was so heartwarming.
hi
It was so wild to see the shift from tremendous willpower to dazed delight at what had come from her. Absolutely moving
@faefiercevulpine6990 Yeah, mothers are truly amazing
@joyuzoma3228 Ello
Her being in labor and in pain and all I can think about is, wow she is so beautiful. Her kids helping her is so beautiful, her support team is beautiful and God is so great. I’m so happy she has this much support.
I lost it at “yeah dudes I think that was my water” 😩😂😂😂 This was an absolutely incredible and inspiring birth God bless you 🙏🏽❤️
For the women who didn't get to or aren't sure you can do an at home physiological birth: it's not a moral issue that makes you better or worse. We celebrate all the mothers for whatever they've persevered through to bear children. There's different benefits and you might be called to another circumstance that has it's own negatives and positives.
It’s also a legal issue in some states of the USA just saying.
I really needed this, thank you! I'm watching this video, 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and wishing I could have a birth like this but I feel my pain tolerance is too low and just all kinds of fears all around
@chels10902 same, Sarah is so strong being able to do this, but I knew myself and knew that I would freak out if I tried a home birth and without medication, so instead of putting myself through that I chose a hospital birth with an epidural so that I could also have a calm birth and that to me is the most important part, no matter where or how a woman chooses to labor and give birth, that if they're blessed to choose then they should choose whichever environment they know they will be able to have a calm experience and not be traumatized by it
@blessedmama000 Another thing I needed to hear, thank you so much!!! That is true for me as well, I think I would be anxious without medicine or all the doctors and things RIGHT there in case of emergency
Beautifully put.
I never cry watching birth vlogs, but when you said “God made me strong” I couldn’t help but cry. Your faith is inspiring and I can tell it is what carries you through. Respect.
God made women to be strong enough to handle childbirth. And she trusted and commit the birth to God so she need not struggle. God delivered the baby for her.
Yesssss
I’m just shocked like I cry and pass out during my period craps and here you are giving birth strong as hell 🥺💕
Period cramps aren’t the same thing in a sense although of course birth is more painful but we are built for that kind of pain, period cramps are actually not a part of a human body’s natural pain if that makes sense :) they happen based on randomness like sleep patterns, hormones, health in general- although it seems like many people have them they aren’t considered part of the human anomaly. Birth though women are genetically made to withstand ♥️ don’t fear it
Period cramps never stop and are influenced by factors we were never meant to be subject to. Labor pains come in waves with breaks and with a good birthing class and trusted support system, it's not as bad as you would imagine. 🥰 Take heart. You are strong too.
My period cramps are much worse than what I felt during labor!
@LShast yeah I don’t really suffer from period cramps 😳 is that weird? Lol. I can barely tell when I get my period.. besides by you know, the obvious lol. I used to get them really bad when I was unhealthy but I detoxed my body and now I really don’t feel the cramps at all.
@brebre461 what?!?! Really?? 😭 did you have an epidural? I’m almost 30.. and really want kids. It’s something I really need to start thinking about if I’m gonna. But giving birth is one of my greatest fears ever in life lol.
When I was a kid, I always thought home births were super irresponsible, but now having educated myself with videos like this it’s a definite possibility that I would consider. Glad people make content like this to show those who don’t understand it
I was expecting- “ ……did anyone see that……? “
Only legends will understand this 😂😂
But congratulations 🥳
Hahah this one totally made me crack! Thx 😄😄
Did you see that?! Lol
SAME 🤣
Me TOOOO!!! 😂 She was so badass for that!
Me 2 !!!!
she was so positive during the pain and smiled thru it.. this girl is so strong god bless u
This is the first video I’ve seen of yours. I’m also planning a surprise gender and home birth for my first baby due Sept 20. I’m so thankful I stumbled across you!! You are extremely inspiring, thank you for sharing your calm, positive birth story.
Omg September 20th? That’s my friends birthday lol.
Did she have an epidural for this birth?
Omg thats so close keep us poasted
@Rudy Parker Good luck
@astralkilla no it was all natural I’m pretty sure
No one talking about how pretty her House is ?!
"I'm TOTALLY fine" 😂 I know that self-talk helps. you go girl!
I’m the oldest of two brothers and I’m practically raising the 13 month old, I flipped my sh¡t when I saw she was purple and ran to your channel to check if the baby is ok. She’s absolutely adorable and so are your other kids, You’re a wonderful woman.
your so respectful ty!❤️✨
I’ve done this 6 times, twice in a tub. That 26 min mark, ooooh I felt that. But then you give that last push and it’s the best feeling in the world 👶🏼❤️
did you use cold or hot water?
Wow congrats bruh
@maggie298 warm, I find I tend to get too hot during labor which can feel uncomfortable so I will alternate turning on cold and warm while laboring. It’s still warm enough it’s not too much of a shock for the baby though :)
@wildwoodsandhomestead a question , why did u did it in home. ? Why not hospital ?
@976-evilish hi:) well tbh I did not have the best experiences in the hospital. I had three very intense and painful hospital births. We also live very far north with a rather small hospital for our population. Beds fill up quite fast. I’m also an American living in Canada so we had a couple of births where we had to pay out of pocket as we waited on immigration. All of these factors to say, it was just much nicer, more accommodating, peaceful, low key, less stress to hire a midwife to come into my home and help me have my babies. I found my homebirths to be actually less painful, I recovered faster from pregnancy and delivery and because I had a trained professional with me to recognize any possible emergencies before, during and after labor, it just made more sense for me and my personal situation to do that. Some women are more comfortable giving birth in hospitals because it feels more secure and I understand that. I think each woman should get to know herself and then do as is best for her and her baby:) I hope this helps and makes sense in explaining why I did homebirth:)
I'm literally in tears this is so wholesome you're so strong you go big Mama!
i pray to have such a supportive and attentive husband someday. Kieran is wonderful
Is it me or time flies by soooooo quickly ? Thought it was yesterday you found out you were pregnant again 😂 incredible !
Congratulations beautiful ❤️
Actually though. I started watching Sarah when I was still pregnant and now my daughter is 7 months old. Time is flying at record pace
@BigMami218 omg! Same here 😭♥️ baby girl just turned 7 months 🙏🏽🥰
I love how shes so selfless letting her husband sleep instead of waking him up for her support she’s concerned about him getting sleep instead of her having contractions
Fortnite kid
“She’s so selfless...” A real man stands by his wife/partner to support her during this important moment in her life. It took two people to make that baby. Sleep can wait. Welcoming this baby is more important and making sure she is going to be OK.
@karami8844 true
@karami8844 dang… I let my husband sleep during my contractions :(
@karami8844 I feel like you’re missing the point. She woke her husband when it was needed and when it was truthfully part of the birthing process as she thought, idk if you’ve ever birthed but there are tons of times contractions are just contractions and honestly letting a husband sleep if it’s not bad is totally acceptable lol it’s even better because there isn’t a point to have both, until the actual part where someone needs support and there’s a point in waking the husband. He was still part of the process.
This brought me to tears of joy. I’m 38 weeks and feel ready at any moment and watching the love between you two and your gratitude to God was so relatable. Being pregnant is the most beautifully painful thing we get to do in our lives. Women truly are incredible. So are our men.
So glad to hear thet there was a midwife there with you. As daughter of a midwife myself I've grown up constantly hearing of how dangerous unmedicated homebirth can be. Your baby is really cute. I hope she grows up happy and healthy~
It depends where you are in the world. Here in the UK births are mostly ran by midwives. You have options of home birth, birthing centres and hospitals depending on your location. Unmediated home births are not dangerous at all, if mother and baby are both low risk and have been cleared by their health provider.
@ScarletFlame666 unmediated....? Ok miss gurl.
Usually any home births people always will have at least one midwife there. It’s also definitely encouraged by the doctors whenever you go for checkups. But if cleared without complications- birth is totally safe without medications ... it’s a natural cycle
I have had an unassisted home birth and as long as you know what to do and have a good support team it's not dangerous. here in North Carolina it is actually illegal to have a practicing midwife present. Because an assisted home birth has to have a np midwife with a doctor right off but they told all the doctors in the area if they sign off on a home birth they will loose their license.
Here in New Zealand, the majority of births are attended by midwives and not doctors. We only call an obstetrician if necessary. Home birth is perfectly safe for a well woman and a well grown baby, in fact, has better outcomes than a hospital birth due to no unnecessary interventions. X
I’m in tears, the beauty of life emerging from a mother belly is breath taking🥺 I appreciate and have a new respect for my mother for pushing out my big ass head
Felt that 😭
I want to have children in the future but I was so scared, this was simple and yet beautiful. Thank you for showing how the reality is and the fact that we can do it !
Me too❤️
Yeah
It's not simple it normally takes like 3 hours
@Kay_editz i mean the vlog was simple, not so much editing, just reality
Me too🥺❤
Birthday buddies!!!
When she was just holding her daughter and her daughter just stood there and let mom hold her while she did her thing… yea I teared up
Same 🥺
I started crying
What a beautiful birth. And your husband cares so much of you. That was so heartwarming to see, all the love in between you... 💞
All the best for your baby girl... 🍀✨🍀
Ur profile pic creepy lol
@yasxxmine6901 not really
@mylostdiamondearring8674 Thank you 😊
Tired of life every day.
👏
Hello Tina, ☺️ how are you ?? I hope you're good and safe. Honestly I must commend you've got an amazing smile.. I'm amazed with the way you put those smile on your beautiful face .. please keep smiling because life is beautiful and your smile too… How are you coping through this pandemic?? 😃 😷🌹❤️
Oh man. I’m sitting here with my newborn bawling. We had a home birth too. When you declared God made you strong I lost it. So beautiful, Sarah.
This video is the reason I started classes to become a doula. It’s so beautiful and powerful, and I want other women to be able to experience this!💛
Sarah is the only person i know who could be like “i’m totally fine” at 6 centimeters 😂
I am 15...this makes me more terrified now...now I am more sure that I am opting for adoption...also because I feel sad for the kids at the orphanage
@Annabelle Calihan this made my day 🥺
I'm 15 too and i feel the same 😭
I'm 18 and I feel exactly the same as you do. I definitely want to adopt in a future! It's pretty sad the fact that a lot of lovely kids don't have a place that they can call home :(
Same
Like I wouldn't give birth thank u
Frl 💀
That moment on the first day when you were bent over and your daughter came and gave you a hug during your contraction.. my heavens, so precious. 🥰
The part where your daughter hugged you during a contraction made me tear up. So beautiful
When your sweet girl took Kieran’s spot while you labored and she held you like Kieran held you was such a beautiful and sweet moment.
That moment made me cry! Absolutely beautiful moment
I love how Kieran seems to know exactly what you need, even when you don't say anything. ❤️ Your support team and family are so wonderful. ❤️
I had my third at home 10 months ago in a big pool of water. I love that you use this platform to normalize unmedicated home birth. I am a doula and hoping to start midwifery school soon to support more women at home. Congratulations!!
I agree! I was saying the same thing to my sister- normalize physiological birth, don’t unnecessarily medicalize it! 💛 loved seeing her labor while her kids played and spent their day by her side. It was wonderful to see her get a good nights sleep after her labor stalled...in a hospital that would have been a label slapped on her “failure to progress” and Pitocin administrated to force the baby out sooner. The way she did it was beautiful, what a miracle the process of labor is.
I still wish they could give her some strong pain medication, or even that medication they give you when you get laser eye surgery? Shes an adult, imagine having that there at home.
@evesol6196 the intensity of unmedicated birth can be a very beautiful transformational feeling. I can imagine it as I’ve done it!! And witnessed it. I’ve never felt more strong or validated as a woman than after my births. Women should be able to choose to labor without medication just as some choose to use it. Breath work and visualization are very powerful tools. As is faith in the body.
@lROct hey i wish i could, ive had two natural deliveries but almost died in both. My 3rd emergency cecearian i almost died too. I think im small and my kids are large 8 lbs 9 oz. Idk honestly i felt like the hospital was ok with me dieing too but the virgin mary saved me, without her intervention i was definitely a dead sinner. My second was miraculous i felt like he could have been born in a fast food bathroom. And my fourth was scheduled c sect. but wish i could go home right after. Or be home the whole time. Home but meds to take the edge off. My neighbors would think my husband was beating me.
@evesol6196 I’m so glad you and the baby were okay. Hospitals are there for situations like this. I had to transfer with one of my babies and my kids are all big too! My last was almost 10lbs!
Giving birth without any anesthesia is no joke. I did it 6 times. Congrats on your new addition! God bless yall
“Oh, it’s a girl! I have a baby girl!” Ok didn’t realize I was gonna be crying today😭😭❤️❤️
Same sister, same!! 😭😭
Right!!!!?
Her daughter kissing her face and holding her - ugh, my heart. Beautiful.
You made it look so easy!
I have not been pregnant and I have had fear about getting pregnant with my husband. This encouraged me greatly as I allow God to have this part of my life. He makes us strong!
“Yeah dudes I think that was my water” had me giggling
