My wife did all three trimester yogas your channel provides and they were miraculous. Her labor lasted for about 2 hours and our daughter had an easy arrival.
what a great yoga class, it made me feel so good! 35+4 here and I can't wait to meet my little girl... I try to visualie my birth in a very positive way, and I am confident that everything will go well, and that my body and mind are strong enough for this incredible experience. We women are such powerful creatures! Believe in you girls, you can do it !!
28 weeks pregnant. I'm having irritable uterus and constant contractions (sometimes painful) since the beginning of month 6. I started doing your yoga videos every day and after exercise I feel incredible - no contractions and no pain. This is the only thing that helps me! Thank you so much!
Hi there 👋 I am 39 weeks + 3 days pregnant with my first baby. We have been blessed with a truely enjoyable and amazing pregnancy so far. This week I have started feeling abit yukky- constipation and a sore back. I have relied on stretching alot during the 3rd trimester. Today I felt yukky and emotional, but I found your video and have just finished this yoga class and I feel SO MUCH BETTER, emotionally and physically 😊🥰 So thankyou. Looking forward to trying your postnatal yoga and exercises once baby is out. 💜
29 weeks, first child and Im watching this all the way from Sweden, were you can’t go to gyms anymore because of the pandemic. I loved finding these videos online, they really give me such a good sensation in my body in the morning. Thanks for your soothing voice and calm music!
I just want to thank you for these videos. These have been a game changer for my daily activity. I am 26 weeks and have serious pelvic trauma from a car accident a few years ago. About two weeks ago, my back and hip joints had gotten so painful I couldn’t move without sharp pain and severe stiffness all over. My hips had no strength in my thighs. I couldn’t stand or sit without pain. I couldn’t lay on my sides without needing to puke. I started half hour prenatal yoga on RUclips for the last seven days, five of which have been yours. It started out really hard and it’s been getting easier. Yesterday, my hips popped back into place and I was finally able to feel normal again. It has been such a relief. Thank you so much.
39 weeks now & feeling the nerves about baby’s arrival. However, these videos have really helped me to feel less anxious and much more in control of the soon-coming birth process. Thankful for this channel!
I am 38 weeks and 6 days, I came across this video at 4 in the morning from just irritation from the end of my pregnancy. This video helped me stretch and feel AMAZING!!! I will be doing this every morning up until birth. Thank you so much.
I’m 33+3 with my first and found your channel about 2 weeks ago. I try to do your videos at least 3 times a week and stretch or walk 2 days a week. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and now have to birth at a hospital (in my state it’s actually considered child endangerment for me to choose anything out of hospital which is quite frustrating). Your videos have helped me come to terms with the drastic change in my birth plan. I am shifting my mindset and bringing myself more in line with feeling at peace with this unexpected change so that I may have the birth I desire in a hospital setting. Thank you for guiding us 🙏
29 weeks on Monday and have been in/out of doing your yoga videos since 16 weeks. Its helping so much and keeping away the fatigue too! Can't thank you and the videos enough. Would recommend to anyone ❤
30 weeks and 2 days. Third trimester hit me HARD with back pain, hip pain, insomnia, and nausea. I used to hate on yoga saying it wasn’t for me. Now I’m rolling out a mat twice a day no loving it! Thank you. Namaste 🙏 💜
I’m 28 weeks and plus size and my goal is to have an intervention free birth! I started prenatal yoga about a week ago and have found it so helpful! The way I feel after doing it gives me the confidence that I can achieve my goal and have a positive birth story! Thank you for this,
Here I am 2 years later at almost 41 weeks pregnant! These practices have been so wonderful to follow along with and the support is something that cannot be put into words. Thank you for all that you do!
I want to thank you for this guidance, I followed and practiced yoga through your this video throughout my pregnancy and had a normal comfortable delivery. I and my daughter are very fine . Thank you 😇 and keep making such great videos.
I’m 27+3 with my IVF miracle baby. Your videos have kept me sane and out of (too much) pain and discomfort throughout my pregnancy. I loved this one and can’t wait to continue throughout the rest of my journey. ❤
29 weeks and following your videos for about 15 weeks now. helped me so much with my back pain! And it is very good to read all the good comments about natural births, as I sometimes get the feeling that every birth turns into a horror scenario.
I'm 36 weeks and 4 days! I cannot believe it! First baby. There are days when I feel ready but days when I'm nervous about labor and postpartum. I've been doing your videos and watching other RUclips videos regarding labor and postpartum. I wanted to take classes and read more books about it but time has slipped out of my hands so videos are what I'm doing now. I can also listen to them while doing something else.
33 weeks. This is my first baby. Having a water labor at the hospital with a midwife, so excited, best of both worlds. I have been working out to your videos since week 25, thank you very much!
29 weeks today! Entering my 3rd trimester I was starting to feel like my body was getting super tight and I needed to be popped in every area, found your videos I do them each morning with a bottle of water I must say they help soooo much! My baby moves like crazy when I’m finish doing my stretches and drinking water! I think he enjoys them too! Thank you sooo much for sharing your videos💜🥰
31 weeks as a gestational carrier! I had three wonderful pregnancies and natural births of my own, and as my last hurrah I wanted to help someone out who can't otherwise carry a baby. Where was your channel during my other pregnancies (2014, 2017, and 2020)? They are so helpful! I have been following your workouts and loving them.
What an INCREDIBLE GIFT to a someone who cannot carry a baby otherwise! You are truly an amazing person and so inspiring to me 🙏❤️ Glad the workouts are helpful 💞
I’m 30 w 5 d. This was PERFECT! I’m on my third child. I’ve had two wonderful natural births (both girls) and looking forward to a third. I cannot wait to meet this baby, my first son!
I am 31 weeks and this is my first child!! I’ve been feeling extremely stiff and lazy.. today I felt good enough to get out of bed to do this yoga routine. I loved it a lot and now my back/hips don’t feel as stiff as they did earlier! I will be coming back everyday to do this after my meditation 🖤🖤
37 weeks, 3 days. This is my second baby. First baby was born at home in a labor tub. It was an amazing experience. I will be giving birth at home again! This video really helped my body release tension and tightness. Excited to do it again tomorrow and the days after.
Oh wow 🤩 labor tub birth sounds amazing!! Congratulations on your first and all the best for your second one Milca!! Is this something we could opt for? How do we know if we are good for labor tub vs others?
I'm 34 weeks and have been doing these yoga classes on and off but working to be more consistent from now on. Please update on your birthing experience if you feel comfortable!
Oh, thank you, thank you! My body has been so achey the past few days. I'm on my feet all day at work and also in the midst of moving, unpacking, at 29 weeks pregnant. I strive for providing my body with best care routine my circumstances allow me and your videos are at the center of it. My body finds a relief, I feel grateful
I am now in my 31 week of pregnancy. I've been doing yoga with your videos since the beginning of my second trimester and that have been the best to my body and my mind, I feel so good. Thanks a lot!
I am 35 + 4 and I have been watching yoga and stretching videos from this channel since my 1st trimester. I am amazed at my flexibility. These yoga practices also help me feel better holistically. As I’m nearing the end of pregnancy I am more active than ever to keep my body strong and relaxed.
At 39+6 I still love following your videos! I did have to take some breaks, but afterwards I felt so relaxed and thankful how much my very pregnant body can still do. I always feel extra flexible the rest of the day after I've done one of your classes, and that really helps with the mental side of pregnancy too! So a big thank you for making these videos.
I’m 35 weeks with my third, and just thank you Jessica for all your videos and information from workouts, yoga, labor and breathing techniques, and all the gestational diabetes videos. They have all been so helpful for me throughout my this pregnancy. I have never had gestational diabetes before so your videos have been very helpful. I love the variety with all the workouts and just appreciate all you do. Thank you!!!!!
Thank you. This was a good excercise. I am 37 weeks now. I have been doing your yoga classes since week 20. Its really been helping manage lower back pain. I am still feeling pretty good. I am almost done.
39 weeks pregnant and I feel so relaxed and calm after doing this Yoga exercise. So many thanks for sharing. I wish I can do this every day till my soon-coming labour.
Hi Jessica, thank you for the video. I used to excercise with you regularly until some two months ago when I suddenly lost the energy and the will to excercise. Now I'm week 37 and finally decided to come back to prepare for labor. It was so nice to get back and restore the practice with your video, I absolutely love your phrase "namaste to you and namaste to the babies", it put a huge smile on my face, thank you :).
I am at 38+0 weeks and exercised with you throughout my pregnancy on a weekly basis. I am so grateful for your positive, encouraging and calming way of practicing and teaching. I used to be scared of giving birth but I feel ready and strong through your videos. Thanks so much :)
30 weeks here. I was feeling completely exhausted for the past 3 days and had no energy whatsoever. Your class gave me back that energy again. Will do it again tomorrow. 🙏 Thanks!!
34 weeks and first baby, thank you so much for all your videos. I know you have posted some of these years ago, but they are so helpful. I work long long hours, so it's nice to take a piece of my morning to do these yoga classes and get my body ready for the most important journey in my life. ❤ 💪🏻
33 weeks and 2 days and feeling a lot better now! It’s gotten a little more difficult to keep up with daily stretches but I’m glad I am! :) helped stretch out my spine and helped with hip pain so thank you!!!!
40+3 now and feeling so grateful for this class. Tomorrow I am going to be hospitalized and this yoga class made me feel better and more relaxed. We are ready, more grounded and connected. Thank you!☺
Thanks so much for your videos, I took a pause for about 3 weeks after having a period of v hot weather and being to busy and feeling v tired, am now 33 weeks pregnant and coming back to them, started when I was about 3 months pregnant and feel so much better, stronger and energised and connected to my baby thanks to the workouts and stretches. I particularly like the stretching videos and they help with reducing swelling in my legs and ankles. Glad to be back!
37 weeks and have been watching your videos since week 10! I love that they are short and still so beneficial. Sometimes I pause and stay longer in some poses. Thank you!!
I've done this routine everyday for the last month of my pregnancy. I've felt good and strong even when it was hard. My birth was very easy for a first birth and I'm certain that this is what helped me give borth and heal fast! Thank you.
Thank you so much! As a first time mum, I'm 31 weeks pregnant. Not only did this session help me physically but it's also shifted the depression caused by chronic insomnia over the last three months. I'm normally very active physically but the exhaustion has had a really negative impact, and the stress of knowing I'm not doing enough exercise is probably part of the vicous circle. I had to really push myself to do this video with you today, and I'm so glad I did. And the little kicks that have started up from within suggest that that opinion is a shared one! Namaste xxx
I am at 30 weeks 5 days and 2 weeks back got diagnosed with ICP. Struggling with sleepless nights. Your videos are anchoring me to sanity. Thank you so much.
Near the end of 34 weeks, these yoga routines always help me feel good about my body. I started watching your channel at the end of my 1st trimester, and I follow this routine 1 to 3 times a week dependingon my tome and energy. I feel confident about trying to have a natural birth and preparing my body's endurance and relaxation. This video was especially helpful showing some birth positions and reminding me to breathe and come to a place of relaxation 😌 thank you so much
Life is full of the lovely things like the morning sun, the gleaming dew drops, the sparkling rain, the vast blue sky, the whistles of chirping birds, the beauty of the sea. Hope you're doing great and in good health…?
I'm in my 36th week of pregnancy and really enjoy the experience. In earlier years I practiced yoga a lot but lost it to weightlifting a few years back. Now back on track with a combination of weights and you! It's my first child, and I've done a lot of hypnobirthing, meditations, affirmations and breathing exercises - it's been a reset I didn't know I needed. I embrace all of my pregnancy and upcoming birth with a positive and calm attitude. I cannot control everything but I can control how I react to it. Thank you for lovely and well put together classes!
39 weeks and 6 days. Thanks for being there during my entire pregnancy process with your videos. Tomorrow I am turning 40 weeks and I still very energetic and active. Namaste !!
I’ve been doing this practice for a month now (since I was 30 weeks) and I wish I’d found it sooner. It’s the perfect balance between relaxing tension in the body and exercising all the muscles needed for labour. I feel so much more prepared through this practice than I did before I found it. Thank you 🤍
I'm at 35 weeks and feeling my first pregnancy seriously compromising my sense of fitness and range of motion. I was getting increasingly achy and creaky and wanted to get proactive/physically prepare for birth before it got on top of me. Just found these videos. They are excellent and thorough.
I had two positive birth experiences. My first was an induction. Aside from a few painful contractions ( I did have an epidural) it wasn't terribly painful. Labor took about 6 hours from getting into the hospital to his birth. Most of the time was spent waiting for the Pitocin to kick in. My second child came naturally. My water broke and I delivered him two hours later. I didn't have any pain meds for that birth and I only had to push a few times. Contractions were strong but they didn't last long at all. I think doing yoga and birth prep exercises helped with both pregnancies and deliveries.
37 weeks and this is my second pregnancy. First pregnancy I was no where near as prepared as I am this pregnancy. I have been doing lots of walking and stretching but now I’ve found your videos to help as well. Walking definitely helps but you helped me to relax, stretch and truly connect with my body and baby! Thank you so much for these! ❤️❤️❤️ you’re amazing for doing this for us!
I’m 34+4 with my first and I’ve been doing this everyday for the past week and a half. I’ll have a natural birth at home so I want to keep my body toned and ready without pushing it too much either. I’m also doing daily exercises with the ball and listening to hypnobirthing. If some of you are interested in the progress I can let you know how it went later on. Beautiful pregnancy to you all 😘😘😘
I’m currently 32 weeks and this was so nice and relaxing. I had my first child 10 years ago, at 18 & it was a breeze. Having number 2 a whole 10 years later has been a muuuuuuch different story. Not to mention being in lockdown again for the past 5 weeks, and no end in near sight yet. This is just what I need to start my days on a positive. Ngā mihi nui ❤️
33 weeks with surrogate baby and loving this. It’s like you get the aches and pains fixed but also the birth prep all in one. Easy to fit in my schedule. Thank you
30 weeks and feeling sore and overwhelmed - but I know once I complete these yoga classes I feel my body and mind are so much more relaxed. Really helps with the rib and pelvis pains too. Love these videos!
I’m 30 weeks with my first baby and I love this video. My partner found it for me and I’ve been doing it regularly now. Thank you for your calming presence. I love the eee and aww sound tips and the clam shells.
I am 37+6 weeks pregnant with our first. Your channel has made our journey tremendously helpful thank you for all that you do for us future mommas and babies 🙏🏼
I was hospitalised due to some bleeding which started intermittently but has fortunately stopped now. I have entered 35 weeks and 4 days now. I love your classes and find them very helpful. very informative. this yoga session was very therapeutic, although, wish I could stretch as good as you. thank you and I also love the yoga card at the end helps me to keep positive.
31 weeks here 🤚🏼 Feeling pretty good about laboring my son at home. I have a wonderful partner who will be hypnobirthing alongside me and my midwife is the sweetest and knows all my do’s and don’ts. Trying to overcome my fear of tear by educating myself as much as I can and doing what I can to prevent it. Bout all we can do 🤷🏻♀️ Goodluck to the other momma’s out there! Our bodies were made for this ❤
28weeks and I finally made a space for my yoga practice at home since I don’t want to risk going to classes due to COVID. Tonight was the first time I’ve stretched in months and it felt so good! I look forward to watching your videos daily to help prepare for labor. Great practice, thank you!!!
Great class! I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant and super excited about meeting my baby girl and going through a positive and powerful labor. Thank you for the physical and mental stretch : )
30 weeks and feeling really good. thank you for this grounding class namaste. my little one was moving around so much during savasana such a wonderful sensation
35 weeks + 5 days here! Wow, such a good video to start my morning with. I taught yoga up until last week, and really trying to focus on these last few weeks to turn inward, nest, and focus on my full-time job... As a 200 hr RYT, our program didn't focus on prenatal much at all - so from this video alone I've learned so much and feel so good! I'll definitely be doing more at home!
31 weeks pregnant now, with my first child and being in lockdown, your channel is a real life safer. Thanks a lot for all your videos, keep up the awesome work! Namaste!
I'm 35 weeks along in my pregnancy and I'm really feeling the fatigue and limitations of my body, I feel my baby moving everyday and it makes me excited to finally see him and give him lots of cuddles and kisses ❤️
Please inform how did it go, how did you visualize birth and how actually it happened ?
And so it is !!!!
Hope your girl is doing well ❤
28 weeks pregnant. I'm having irritable uterus and constant contractions (sometimes painful) since the beginning of month 6. I started doing your yoga videos every day and after exercise I feel incredible - no contractions and no pain. This is the only thing that helps me! Thank you so much!
I feel so relaxed after this yoga in the morning. 29weeks here :) thank you for your videos

🙏 Thanks!!
37.5 weeks here. Thank you so much for this yoga practice. I have been doing it daily for the past week. Feeling good and grounded after each time.
Thank you!☺
40 weeks now and have been practicing with you since I learnt I was pregnant. I feel great and hope for the best in the delivery. Thanks
Thank you!!
Currently 34 Weeks pregnant and this session was really good! Thank you
I've done this routine everyday for the last month of my pregnancy. I've felt good and strong even when it was hard.
My birth was very easy for a first birth and I'm certain that this is what helped me give borth and heal fast! Thank you.
Congratulations on your baby and creating your positive birth! YOU did it!!! So happy for you and I hope you are recovering well 💞
Muito bom saberem disso 😅
Thank you so much! As a first time mum, I'm 31 weeks pregnant. Not only did this session help me physically but it's also shifted the depression caused by chronic insomnia over the last three months. I'm normally very active physically but the exhaustion has had a really negative impact, and the stress of knowing I'm not doing enough exercise is probably part of the vicous circle. I had to really push myself to do this video with you today, and I'm so glad I did. And the little kicks that have started up from within suggest that that opinion is a shared one! Namaste xxx
34 weeks and so ready and excited to meet our boy!
I am at 30 weeks 5 days and 2 weeks back got diagnosed with ICP. Struggling with sleepless nights. Your videos are anchoring me to sanity. Thank you so much.
Thank you!!! 31 WEEKS AND IT FELT AMAZING DOING THIS ROUTING. Thanks!!!!
Yay! Getting closer! Happy it felt good 💞
Near the end of 34 weeks, these yoga routines always help me feel good about my body.
39 weeks + 4 days today, I was very stressed before doing practice and it definitely calmed me down. Hoping to have baby soon next week. Thank you!
37 weeks and counting… it helps me to sleep better at night
38 weeks today in my first pregnancy! I'm planning a natural birth in a birthing center. Thanks for your videos!
Namaste !!
40 weeks today and I still enjoyed the practise! Thanks so much!!!
That’s amazing! Thank you for sharing your stories! Yoga and exercise definitely helped me also ❤️
35 weeks today, I have been following along during your workouts along with yoga my whole pregnancy. Thank you for all the great videos!
Beautiful pregnancy to you all 😘😘😘
Do you have a good video for ball exercises and hypnotic thing?
Can you help me
Please update us!!!! How did your birth go?!
We would love to know how your birth went ❤
Can you give us an update now because I truly wanna know I’m 34 weeks now 😅
I’m currently 32 weeks and this was so nice and relaxing.
Thank you
Oh wow! I have such great admiration for you! You are truly such a special person! 💞
30 weeks and feeling sore and overwhelmed - but I know once I complete these yoga classes I feel my body and mind are so much more relaxed. Really helps with the rib and pelvis pains too. Love these videos!

Our bodies were made for this ❤
You are going to do incredible!!! Sounds like you are preparing in all the right ways! ❤️✨
how did it go!?
Namaste!
So glad the videos are helpful. Namaste Vili

34 weeks and really missing the social aspects of antenatal classes, yoga and swimming. ♥️ thanks for the relaxing video, really needed this.
Yes, it’s a challenging time to be pregnant. Glad this was able to relax you. Hope you are feeling good at 34 weeks!
