I’m 33+3 with my first and found your channel about 2 weeks ago. I try to do your videos at least 3 times a week and stretch or walk 2 days a week. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and now have to birth at a hospital (in my state it’s actually considered child endangerment for me to choose anything out of hospital which is quite frustrating). Your videos have helped me come to terms with the drastic change in my birth plan. I am shifting my mindset and bringing myself more in line with feeling at peace with this unexpected change so that I may have the birth I desire in a hospital setting. Thank you for guiding us 🙏

Hi there 👋 I am 39 weeks + 3 days pregnant with my first baby. We have been blessed with a truely enjoyable and amazing pregnancy so far. This week I have started feeling abit yukky- constipation and a sore back. I have relied on stretching alot during the 3rd trimester. Today I felt yukky and emotional, but I found your video and have just finished this yoga class and I feel SO MUCH BETTER, emotionally and physically 😊🥰 So thankyou. Looking forward to trying your postnatal yoga and exercises once baby is out. 💜

Just wanted to tell you I got pre-eclampsia again and got induced at 36+3 (or so they say) and had an easy peasy 12 minutes pushing that ended with our sweet 8 lb 7 oz baby boy! He is a month old now. Couldn't have done it without you, girl. Love ya and can't wait to start your postpartum workouts!

I've been doing your videos and watching other RUclips videos regarding labor and postpartum. This is my second pregnancy. My first was 11 years ago, so there is some time in between. My first pregnancy went great I was in the military and extremely fit. This time around I suffer from runners knee a bad foot and several injuries from the military. So I am not as flexible or have not been as active as I was then. I'm not overweight or anything I just feel I haven't done as much physically as I did my last pregnancy.
I've never done yoga before and just started in my third trimester. So far your videos have been great and I always look forward to them. So thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏

Thank you so much! As a first time mum, I'm 31 weeks pregnant. Not only did this session help me physically but it's also shifted the depression caused by chronic insomnia over the last three months. I'm normally very active physically but the exhaustion has had a really negative impact, and the stress of knowing I'm not doing enough exercise is probably part of the vicous circle. I had to really push myself to do this video with you today, and I'm so glad I did. And the little kicks that have started up from within suggest that that opinion is a shared one! Namaste xxx

Now back on track with a combination of weights and you! It's my first child, and I've done a lot of hypnobirthing, meditations, affirmations and breathing exercises - it's been a reset I didn't know I needed. 36 weeks, I've been feeling great and most of my workouts have been cardio based, but I decided I wanted to try out yoga for the next few weeks. This video wasn't too difficult and felt good!

Thank you Jessica, I love your programs and do Yoga and Pilates with your workouts everyday since the beginning of my pregancy. I am in week 38 and feeling so well until now. Everytime I did a session with your video I am feeling so relieved physically but also psychologically.

28weeks and I finally made a space for my yoga practice at home since I don’t want to risk going to classes due to COVID. Tonight was the first time I’ve stretched in months and it felt so good! I look forward to watching your videos daily to help prepare for labor. Great practice, thank you!!!

I’m currently 32 weeks and this was so nice and relaxing. I had my first child 10 years ago, at 18 & it was a breeze. Having number 2 a whole 10 years later has been a muuuuuuch different story. Not to mention being in lockdown again for the past 5 weeks, and no end in near sight yet. This is just what I need to start my days on a positive. Ngā mihi nui ❤️

I’ve been doing this practice for a month now (since I was 30 weeks) and I wish I’d found it sooner. It’s the perfect balance between relaxing tension in the body and exercising all the muscles needed for labour. I feel so much more prepared through this practice than I did before I found it. Thank you 🤍

Really enjoying these classes and have been doing them for the past 3 months, now 6 months pregnant. I was sad to have to give up my usual exercise and endorphins when I developed sacroiliac joint pain and this channel helped get me back on track and make peace with how pregnancy changes things but there is an alternative. Thank you so much for the content, the modifications, and for the calm and knowledgeable delivery. It's been making a huge difference to my life, to my emotional and physical energy, and to my pregnancy. Hopefully in a few months I can add "and to my labour" to the list too! Big thanks 😍

28+5 - the stretching and yoga classes you've provided on your channel eliminated entirely my sciatic nerve pain that began around week 15. The pain was gone after doing stretching or yoga every day for a few weeks. I've now tried to incorporate a class or two a week to keep the good feelings going. Thank you so much!

I am 30+2 with my second child. I have been feeling very tired lately but your yoga and exercise videos give me energy and make me feel great about myself! I have been struggling today with my pelvic pain, only on the left side but since I have been following your videos it has been very minor this pregnancy whereas with my daughter I could not physically walk and had to take physical therapy. Thank you for helping me with my pregnancy journey, so far it has been so beautifully easy compared to my first (I didn't do yoga or exercise during that time and I think it has made a major difference).

30 weeks and I feel so anxious and terrified at times, but I must say that this kind of videos help me to feel good and less nervous. I follow this chanel since the beginning of my pregancy and it helps me a lot: the yoga, workouts and the advices and info. So thanks for everything. I hope to do well during my labor and to remember everything that I have learned here. XOXO!

I had two positive birth experiences. My first was an induction. Aside from a few painful contractions ( I did have an epidural) it wasn't terribly painful. Labor took about 6 hours from getting into the hospital to his birth. Most of the time was spent waiting for the Pitocin to kick in. My second child came naturally. My water broke and I delivered him two hours later. I didn't have any pain meds for that birth and I only had to push a few times. Contractions were strong but they didn't last long at all. I think doing yoga and birth prep exercises helped with both pregnancies and deliveries.
