I needed this video today! 33+1. Baby was transverse so I did a couple of your "how to turn a breech baby" videos and now he is head down my pelvis and back are aching. I've been doing your videos since my first trimester and i don't know how i would have coped without you! I do your yoga videos every night before bed and i have been sleeping so well! My last pregnancy i did a lot less exercise and yoga as I couldn't find any videls that kept me interested and were also challenging. I put on a lot more weight than I have so far. I'm looking forward to trying your postnatal workouts in a couple of months time. Thank you!

This was just wonderful! I'm actually 10 months postpartum but I still do your yoga videos whenever I can, and even though this one is prenatal, it's helped relax my back after some gardening (and carrying around a heavy boy ☺️).

Oh my! I just did it at the morning and this is the longest sitting without pain for days! I have Piriformis-syndrome, in my 25 weeks, and top on that I was at a 2-days conference 2 weeks ago, with horrible chairs! Since then I couldn't sit or lay, or anything without pain. And I need to sit for work. I visit physiotherapist, but I think this workout helped me A LOT in a short time. I love your pregnancy yoga videos, and thank you especially for this one!
I love doing these lovely slow yoga workouts every second day, on the days in between doing Jessica's more intensive workouts. It feels so good and comforting to stretch out the muscles that have been doing the hard work the day before. So great, thank you Jessica! I wish I'd had your videos in my first 2 pregnancies! ❤️
35 weeks 3 days. I can do everything except stand on one leg. I began dealing with SPD around 32 weeks and by 33 weeks the sciatica hit me our of nowhere and it was excruciating. A very tough week of intense pain but prenatal massage and chiropractic adjustments have gotten me to the point I can do normal things again. I will start this exercise now to help with pain relief.

I had very bad leg cramps and back pain around 27-29 weeks of my 2nd pregnancy. I spoke to my doctor and she recommended prenatal yoga. I came across your amazing videos on prenatal yoga. Wow, I must say they made a huge huge difference in my pain. I feel more stronger and flexible than before. Now I make attempt to follow your video either for leg stretches or back pain and it always helps me put. Thanks so much for these lovely videos. I want to buy an exercise ball, I'm based out in Canada. Could you please a good brand for getting exercise/gym ball?

I used to love doing ashtanga for many years. But now after my first baby I heard deep back bends I need to avoid for life. I have 2 finger gap.
