    I started having sciatica 5th month pregnancy, went to expensive physiotherapy, massages, walks, nothing helped, it was getting worse till the point I bearly could walk. I started doing this exercise in 7th month pregnancy, and in a mether of week, I already could return to my normal life, carring my 2 year old , sitting and working, do stuff around d house. Thank you so much! It saved me , really.

    I’m currently 16 weeks with my third so sciatica has come on earlier this time. So glad I don’t have to spend the whole pregnancy in pain.

    I've done this video 3x in the last week and it's really helping with my hip and back pain. I'm also seeing a prenatal physical therapists and many of the stretches she gave me are in here, so it's legit! Thank you!

    Not gonna lie, I did this with my wife while she was pregnant. We had our baby about 3 weeks ago. But I woke up about 2 a.m. this morning with my sciatic hurting and asked her to pull this video up because I know it helps lol. Thanks 🙏

    I've been doing this video for almost 3 yrs straight! It's my favorite video & did it daily with baby #3 and 2 yrs post-partum. I had really bad sciatica with baby #2 and none with #3. I'm addicted to this video!

    I’m finding a lot of the prenatal yoga positions and stretches on RUclips quite unsuitable for me now at 35 weeks pregnant, but this one is just the perfect level, doesn’t keep me in any uncomfortable positions and really does ease my sciatica pain! So thank you for this ❤️

    31 weeks and have been suffering from horrible sciatica pain for a week now since going over the top for my son’s 2nd birthday being on my feet cooking, cleaning and decorating for two days straight. It’s at the point where I can barely walk, can’t carry him anymore, and just feel terrible. Tried this tonight and felt about 30% better after! Going to do it everyday til I give birth if it continues to help that much. ❤❤❤

    currently, 30 weeks pregnant and recently discovered I have sciatica :) I did not know what it was until I googled it. haha! these exercises help. i feel so much confident going into labor if I exercise everyday with yoga and strength/cardio workouts+walks

    I've been dealing with sciatica since I was 17, I've been terrified of getting pregnant due to back pain. I'm only 12 weeks pregnant right now and the pain is excruciating I only made it to 8 mins due to cramping but this helped relieve so much pressure from my hips!

    I do this in between a couple of your other videos. Love them. I feel kicks and punches when I do them so I feel my baby loves them too. Thank you for the video. Love that it's just about 30 minutes long . I do lay on the floor a bit longer than you just really to relax, it is also morning time when I do these so I am a bit tired when I do it haha maybe that's why... thank you again hope you have a wonderful day

Such as sitting and stretching legs out on it or just doing a little more on it... just a suggestion no need to actually do it but maybe for the next one a little more on it ? 😓😊

    So many popping joints but it felt so good! I don’t have sciatica but I do have lower back pain. Are any of your other videos good to try? I’ve been trying to maintain healthy habits this pregnancy but it’s been tough with my back hurting lately.

    I tried this because of pain in left lower back - weirdly when I did the hip circles on the right I was suddenly in agony and couldn't continue! First time trying this video so I'll keep trying as gently as possible but boy...that hurt! Sciatic pain is no joke.

    Some moves are definitely not easy to do at 38 weeks pregnant lol But I did what I could

    I’m experiencing pelvic girdle pain. The doctor said it is the ischial nerve. Will this yoga help me? A few weeks ago right side hurts and now it is the left side.
