I really enjoy these exercises! Currently in week 39+5 and big belly is making it more and more difficult to move in forward folds. So this routine is just perfect.
Been going through a lot of pain and couldn't find relief... but then when I did this workout I let out a lot of gas and OOOOHHH my lantah I felt so much better. Never new my body was so tense, but I figured since I'm 36 weeks. Back and lower pelvic feels so much better thank you.

Most of your cardio, yoga and stretch videos generally help with this but wondering if you could make a video for all those ladies with restless legs who find it hard to sleep and just need to move and stretch for 20-30 mons in the morning!
