Yoga Flow for Upper Body Mobility. Pre Singing Warm Up to Release Tension 💙

- We often build up a lot of tension in our shoulders, spine, ribcage and upper body throughout the day and overnight. This tension can move to our larynx, jaw and tongue, and also just give us a sense of stiffness - which is not useful when we're singing!
This is a full body flow with a focus on the upper body. It's gently and suitable for all levels. It would be great to do in the morning, before voice use, as a reset throughout the day or as a nice release in the evening.
