@JenBrown you are a great rebounding instructor! This is the 2nd workout of yours I've tried. Love them both! More plz. It's not easy to find steady-state cardio rebounding. So many want to throw in barre, HIIT, strength training w/ dumbbells etc. Those are fine, but sometimes you just want pure cardio. Also love your sweet, positive, encouraging attitude that shines through. 💜

Wow! I am not new to exercise but I am new to rebounding. This challenges me more than floor HIIT workouts and my joints are happy! GymRa rebounder workouts are the best!
Good cardio workout but the multiple ads breaking up the workout are VERY annoying. Someone needs to get RUclips to remove those! Place them at the beginning or end of the workout, not in the middle!!
