My Naturopath said that rebounding is great for the lymph and such, but not to workout for more than 15-20 min at a time because it is bad for your ligaments if you do it too much. He said when you think about it, it is a very unnatural movement... He's known several patients that tore tendons from rebounding too much. The great thing about rebounding is that you get more bang for your efforts! 10 min rebounder= 30 min cardio👍🙌😁. More is actually less with rebounder/HIIT. The idea is short intense exercises for fat burn throughout the day... there's a whole science to it, but I won't bore you 😂 I LOVE rebounding, and it has been crucial to curing my cancer and getting back into shape postpartum (2 pregs, 3 babies😅). It didn't heal my DR on its own, but probably helped. There are specific exercises for DR that help a lot. Blessings on your fitness journey!

The timer needs to be distinctly visible while you're working out. Also, the rest and work timers should be seperate rather than depending on the faintly visible timer on the screen that doesn't really give much information.
Came here to say the same thing. Love the instructions and moves but want to see a timer count down the 45 seconds and I can't see the white timer when I'm bouncing.

A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
Hi Fayth I really love this HIIT workout. However the music that starts at the side to side swing inhibits me going faster as I always move to the beat as a dancer. That beat it great for the following movements where you suggest one is unable to go faster ... but side to side I would love to whack it. Thank you once again for the Bellicon workouts xx

Hi Shirley, That depends on your fitness level. I would stick to doing this one time per day instead of 2. You can always gently bounce after or go for a less intense cardio workout after. Hope this helps :)

A lovely genuine presentation. I am confused about how much to use it. WHY is rebounding past (____ how long a day? Is it 40 minutes max or less?) this short amount of time RETRO or HARMFUL? Hi J.K.! You can do short exercises of 10 minute daily or try 20 minute workouts 3x per week to start with. You will want to do more once you're settled in ;-)
Too long with the health bounce? No problem, probably. From personal experience Bellicon cords too weak for my weight...ankle pain. Ordered stronger cords, problem solved. Jumping too hard and high and long, 30 minutes...sharp knee pain. Even walking normally. Thought I had ruined my knees. It is called "Jumper's Knee". Found a series of stretches and movements that fixed it in a few days. Also, it is important to maintain some tension in the thighs as you land to stabilize the knees. It is possible that a very tired person would be more likely to fall off. It happens. I've had to step off from bouncing too high and making a slight error. Following Fayth you should be okay.
Thank you for the great workout but the music is annoyingly loud and makes it difficult to hear you. Your wonderful voice of encouragement alone would have been much nicer.
Curious to know how many more minutes one can add before the exercise causes damage. Can we add 5 min at this intensity? 10 minutes? Thanks for any guidance.

Sweat tends to shoot off exposed skin, especially hands, while rebounding. I hope that those paintings didn’t get splattered.
