Your energy and team are so authentic and I canmot express how much Watching an assortment of your reels and videos has already built so much in confidence in thst "i can do this" Seeing Jill and chantelle doing the modifications is amazing... I know i cannot start here with ghis video... but it is one i would like to work towards. Your intro sessiond i have already watched....thank you. My hope is i finally can release my body from excess weight, inflammation and my own harsh self judgement. Thank you for the gift of you, your channel, the team that works with you. Watch this video evey day as I rebound...The only music that keeps me going. I'm a 69 yr old with left bad hip and right shoulder injury with limited movement. But bouncing with both feet does not hurt my hip (no walking or jogging) and only lift the left arm... thanks from an old South Dakota farm gal.
I was pressed for time today, so instead of the live class I opted for this short and juicy workout (in German one would say „kurz und knackig“😊). Great moves and great music, it was a blast and I really felt I didn‘t need more for my body and soul to feel satisfied. And Chantelle, wow🎉🎉🎉- you came such a long way in such a short period of time. I am so happy for you, that you are able to make yourself and your health a priority. A little self care and self love with every step❤.

This was so fun. I enjoyed the music and moves. I would appreciate an audible signal for the end of rest periods. I have a brain injury and have to use the safety bar which means I have to turn away from the screen sometimes. But it all worked out (😂 see what I did there?) Glad I found this and I’m looking forward to future rebounding vids. Thanks!
Hi there and thanks for the feedback! I've gotten much better at video editing as my channel has progressed. My newer videos have more countdown beeps and bells. Many have the buzzer for stop periods as well. Glad you enjoyed this one!!

I found your videos a bit over a week ago after having to take it really easy as my lower back was in quite a bit of pain from overdoing it/not having good form. Hi there! Do you mean a 10 second countdown? Basically once the window pop up with the next moves fades, you're on! :) I can't add a timer to this already posted video, but I could do that in some future workouts. In fact, I think I have some that do have that feature in the "No Talk" playlist.
Thank you for the awesome videos, I just started rebounding and love it! Question: I thought the idea of HIIT was to rest between and bring down heart rate, 10 seconds doesn't seem like enough so this seems like 1 long intense workout lol... I know it will get easier for me but I still thought you should recover at least as long as you work?
My first thought after reading your comment is...when I do a steady state cardio workout with no rest at all, I can feel how the 10 seconds help. I do offer other hiit variations. In some we do 30 seconds MAX effort and then 90 seconds rest. They are sprinkled in various playlists throughout my channel. Enjoy your new rebounder!
@@StampingShananogans Sure thing! Look in my menopause playlist for those 30/90 ratios. That format happens to be great for menopause but works for everyone!
Help... I am doing the research to start my rebound journey. I know I want jumpsport but am torn on 44" or 39". So concerned 39" will make me feel limited and confined. On the other hand I am concerned about going all the way financially on a 44" and handle bar and giving it up after a few months. Looking for encouragement
wouldn't quite call this hiit. there's no real break in between different moves. hiit is high intensity for 15-20 seconds than a minute or so break. Burst of energy giving it all you got in a short amount of time followed by a longer break is what hiit is. still a good cardio workout, however.
Hi there! Thanks! Perhaps intervals would be a better descriptor for this workout. I have hiit workouts in all different variations including 30 on 90 rest in my peri+menopause playlist. HIIT can have many characteristics, but essentially it is an interval workout that gets your heart rate above 80% of its maximum with a brief rest in between each interval. Thanks for the feedback!
I'm not a fan of that kind of music. I liked the moves and the format of that workout, but I realized that my rebounder is quite a bit smaller and lower and the surface dips down more or is less tight and that is making it impossible to stay in synch. It's brand new. I wish I'd bought a different one but it's too late now.

@EarthOwl a timer for each excercise, it gives you visibility how long you have to jump
@ There is a timer in the upper left corner. A 50 second countdown for each move.
