I couldn't say for sure. There are moves in this one where you get "airborne", but you can always modify and do a move you know. Do what you can!! It's ok to do only part of the workout.

Enjoy these HIIT combo routines a lot. Adding hand weights increases the cardio and gives the arms a bit more of a workout when time is short. Maybe a bit more than I was wanting this morning 😂. Thank you Nikki for keeping a nice variety of workouts available. Enjoy them all.

Wow wow wow. I found your channel 2 weeks ago, did and loved the beginners week for seniors. Read so many wonderful positive reviews from your followers of all ages, shapes, sizes, reasons for rebounding. I have had a bellicon for a number of years with little use. I am now looking for a folding rebounder (in the UK and not so expensive!) I can take with me when I travel. Having had 3 ops in the last 5 years I found your workouts to be fantastic and just what I need. This HIIT workout was challenging but I did it!! Thanks so much xx
I'm 73 and have been rebounding since mid June. I made it through 11 minutes of this one and will continue to add minutes until I can complete the 20 minutes. Challenging for sure ! I wrote down the moves and I think this will help me. Thanks for great workout. I appreciate you and your team of rebounders!
Great HIIT single moves that progressed into compound moves that kept my heart rate 💓 up ☝️and a smile 😁 on my face!!! Did this workout right after your Sunday Class today for that extra burn 🔥 and loved it!!!! Earth and Owl Rocks!!! 🦉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!!
Wow! New to rebounding but loving’ it! I started rebounding to help heal a knee injury … so far its been great! (Little uncoordinated and I’m comic amusement for my husband, but that ok!) 😅
