    Wish I could ‘like’ this everyday, coz I workout to this everyday and put it on repeat to make an hour session…the music is so great and (sorry but) I like that there is no talking so I just bounce to my own rhythm 😊

    Enjoyed the routine and the upbeat music. A keeper for sure. Wish we could edit out our bloopers 😂

      Ah yes...editing software can be very helpful! We actually leave most mistakes in, but when they are big mistakes that are distracting we edit them out. Thanks for watching!

      Glad you enjoyed it! Bloopers are the best! It's not often that we do a total retake of a move because we think it's important to show our mistakes, but once in a while it's necessary!

    This has become my newest go to. I struggle so much with the arms and legs....can only do one or the other not both 😅 the music in the video is great, matches perfectly and keeps me going. Loved the bloopers...it's actually my favourite move in the sequence. Thank you and the crew for all your hard work.

      Yes, kickbacks can be a tricky move for many people. It's the little bounce down between the two sides that trips people up. Think kick, down, kick, down.
