Ah yes...editing software can be very helpful! We actually leave most mistakes in, but when they are big mistakes that are distracting we edit them out. Thanks for watching!

This has become my newest go to. I struggle so much with the arms and legs....can only do one or the other not both 😅 the music in the video is great, matches perfectly and keeps me going. Loved the bloopers...it's actually my favourite move in the sequence. Thank you and the crew for all your hard work.
Believe me I have more than one 😊. I've made a go to play list and combine more than one. Sometimes 2, sometimes 3 depending on time and mood. I look forward to doing this...love the energy and the music. You have such good rythmn. I can't keep up but happy I know enough at this point I can do the low impact substitutions. Yes, kickbacks can be a tricky move for many people. It's the little bounce down between the two sides that trips people up. Think kick, down, kick, down.
