How I loved this walk workout❤. I love how I can uplevel the moves if I want to or just keep them easy and groove along and enjoy the rhythm. The different tempi were great and the last piece of music was just the right tempo to cool down before stretching. Fabulous😘.
Since watching your channel which I love. I have been rebounding with you everyday. I love it. If its a busy day I still get in 12 or 15 mins. I feel guilty if I dont do it. Thanks

It's interesting...some people prefer the chit chat, and some all music and no verbal cues. If you like chit chat, you'd LOVE the crossover series. We talk a bunch!! It's a little more challenging.

@@EarthOwlIt’s been 2 months since my original post on this, and glad to say I can keep up now, with no problems. I do this one with 2 of your other low impact ones, and get about 10,500 steps which is my daily goal. I added wrist weights today, 1 pound each because I want to strengthen my arms more and hopefully get rid of those wrinkles under there. I don’t know if it will accomplish that but at least my arms won’t be weak. Thank you again . 🙏 Update 9/28: The little wrist weights ARE making those saggy underarm wrinkles lessen ❣️
Time flies when you are having fun! I did 3,934 steps and increased the intensity by raising my arms over my head. I'm ready to move on to something more of a challenge sugesstion?
I just did this one. So fun but for some reason the twists felt very awkward for me today. I have a hard time with twists anyway because my shoes stick to the mat too much and it tweaks my knees, so I usually modify them. But these weren't too "twisty" so I attempted them. I'm sure glad you guys can't see me! LOL!

Hello! Have you done any of the other walk style workouts? If you have and want to progress past those, I'd go for the "Fun With Four" workouts.
