These walk workouts are my new favorite way to get my steps in, so much fun! It took me a couple cycles to stay on beat for the knee move, I kept adding an extra bounce, but it was so satisfying when I finally got it down :D
I did this one a little while ago and boy was it fun! I really liked the "brisk" pace and especially liked the knee move and of course the kicks. Then...BONUS!! DANCE PARTY!!! Loved it!! 💚💜❤🧡

In all honesty I've been a subscriber for well over a year but I'm a slow mover kind of like a tortoise this is the first workout that I completed from beginning to end every monetary investment to Earth and Owl is well worth worth it. I have not been on my rebounder for more than 15 minutes in 2 years. Thanks for the walking routine.

Good grief ive never felt like an older beginner at 42 after that workout😂😂😂❤❤ my 1st ever work out on my new re-bounder. As a single mum of 2 i find it hard with other family commitments to get to the gym, so I have been trying to use cross trainer and weights at home. However i felt my progress had stalled...... so i saw a rebounder work out on here and thought it may be another affordable home work out.........ooofff that was both challenging and fun i hope to follow many more of your routines. Wow!! Great job! This would be a lot for your first time. Many start with just a few minutes. So pat yourself on the back! I highly recommend stretching before and after when you're new. It can help with any sore and achy muscles. Reach out if you have any questions.
@EarthOwl definitely feeling it today far more than I've ever felt after the cross trainer. I have tried 20 minute stress relieving work out but stuck to the low impact stuff because I'm finding co-ordinating the moves and getting to grips with the action of re- bounding challenging you guys make it look so fluid!!😅 thank you for reaching out to me and I'm so glad to have found you 😀
@@cel8276 The stress relief playlist is probably the most intense on my channel. The walk workout are really great and can get you acclimated and ready for the more challenging stress relief. Don’t let the word “walk” fool you. I work up a good sweat! They are called walk because they are mostly closed chain movement but still intense. Keep up the work!
Wow I am sweaty! Talk about steady state cardio! I'm getting more comfortable on my rebounder this was fun! I used my 1.5 lb lace up weights they are awesome as they wrap around your wrist.Now what would you recommend for a cool down stretch! Thanks form this 70 year old granny who loves working out! I got 3,858 steps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the rebounder walks!!!! I used weights (Egg weights), and it took much effort. I was thrilled when I saw the words "dance party"!!!!
