We just got s rebounder….we’re in our 70’s and have watched you “Senior/Beginner” rebounding video…anxious to get my strength built up to do a 2 mile walk. So happy to see this. We generally walk a mile outside everyday…now I won’t have any excuses for not walking indoors when it’s raining.
Loved this! Simple moves, more fun than just marching in place. 😊 how am I just noticing that you change the colors in the wall hanging/rebounder to match your clothes? So cute! ❤

Another winner for my 64 year old, previously sedentary, body ❣️ I did this and one of your 2000 step videos, back to back. Yesterday, I actually felt my hip bone for the first time in years 😂 I was so thrilled. My lower back muscles are getting stronger too.
Just did this and it fit the bill perfectly. I usually walk my two dogs for about 35 min a day but one of them is healing from a cut on his paw, so no walks with them for a few days. Was able to get my steps in, in addition to one of your 15 min workouts this morning. You are a Blessing Nikki, thank you.
I absolutely loved this one! It made me sweat and I used my weights too. They were 3 lbs. I was careful with them but perhaps when I do this one again I'll try to find 1 or 2 lb. weights. I love my new rebounder and you are a great instructor/teacher. THANKS SO MUCH!!
AWESOME rebounder workout!👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I am a life long rebounder but my 16 yr old no name spring rebounder’s mat finally gave up the ghost few years ago, i have had a hard time finding a rebounder easy on my 57 yr old joints..a maximus pro was way to hard, my needak soft bounce is ok but it makes my feet and ankles.😞 I been looking into bungee rebounders and the jumpsport 350 looks like a good fit for my joints..👍🏻 🙏 😊
I highly recommend the 350Pro!! I’ve actually never had someone return one. My favorite feature is the adjustable tension. You can’t go wrong with the 350Pro!
I could only grip the weights for ten minutes. Next time l’ll be better prepared and use my wearable hand/wrist weights. Great workout! I feel like I am gaining more stamina and balance!

How heavy is the weight you use? 1 kg?
These were 2 pound weights which I think is about 1kg.
