    Love this routine, I'm a beginner at 67yrs and with arthritic knees I managed to do the whole 20mins and felt good. Thanks

    I loved this workout! It gave me so much more control over my workout. Each time I was ready to quit, I made myself go until the bell. Then when I saw the new move, I thought, "I can do that!! Go to the next bell." Thank you!! I'll be back!

    I'm new to rebounding and I've been loving the workouts where you model multiple intensities. Beginner routines don't quite give me the oomph I'm looking for, but I'm not experienced enough to sustain many of the advanced moves, so it's really nice to be able to opt up or down depending on which intensity is most doable (or looks the most fun, tbh). I just pop in my personal workout playlist and follow along - I've never smiled so much while working out!

    This one is very fun too! I did this after doing #7 and boy was I sweating by the end. I love that Jill showed us the modified moves, because I had to go to those for 20 seconds or so a couple of times when i got too winded. Thanks Jill and Nikki!

    This was fun. I am a beginner but every so often I'd do 1 minute of the more advanced version and then come back to the easier one to bring my heart rate down. Very nice! (although I must admit it's not my favourite type of music 😁)

    Would this or your other routines work with a large, outdoor trampoline? I'd love to use the kids' somewhat abandoned toy for some working out!

      Backyard trampolines have a much different tension, but you can certainly give it a go! You may not be able to keep our speed but you're still moving and getting exercise so that's great!

    What I like about this is that it’s really for any level. Can do the beginner style OR keep up with Kelli OR do Kelli’s moves but at my own pace.

      Why wouldn't you just mute this and play your own music? That's why it's "no talk". Just follow the moves on screen and play whatever you like. I have an entire playlist of workouts like this for that very reason. To each their own.
