It’s a new favorite! Great format and so bright and blue. I did mainly the high moves until the end. I had to modify for the monkey move ( side kicks)! Wow, it flew by too!!
I'm new to rebounding and I've been loving the workouts where you model multiple intensities. Beginner routines don't quite give me the oomph I'm looking for, but I'm not experienced enough to sustain many of the advanced moves, so it's really nice to be able to opt up or down depending on which intensity is most doable (or looks the most fun, tbh). I just pop in my personal workout playlist and follow along - I've never smiled so much while working out!

This was fun. I am a beginner but every so often I'd do 1 minute of the more advanced version and then come back to the easier one to bring my heart rate down. Very nice! (although I must admit it's not my favourite type of music 😁)

Backyard trampolines have a much different tension, but you can certainly give it a go! You may not be able to keep our speed but you're still moving and getting exercise so that's great!
I too enjoyed this video, I liked the buzzer for changing routine, i liked the 2 diff intensites. I iked the beat also. Earth and Owl, Could you ask Jill where she gets her exercise shorts. I much prefer shorts to leggings.
Why wouldn't you just mute this and play your own music? That's why it's "no talk". Just follow the moves on screen and play whatever you like. I have an entire playlist of workouts like this for that very reason. To each their own.
