Hi! I live in Virginia in USA. I am 67 years old and started rebounding in August 2023. Last year I had a total hip replacement and I have a prolapsed bladder. I found you and want you to know this is my all time favorite workout. The beat is good and although there is bouncing, there is no jumping. My bladder can tolerate this workout. Would love to find more like this! Thank you!! Keep up the great work!!
Thank you and so pleased this us doable for you. We have more like this in our beginners category so enjoy exploring. I recommend that you try the rebounding for lipedema, the plus workout, rebounding for movement and mobility and and the restricted movement class to

I just bought a rebounder and didn't much like the DVDs that came with it, so searched for a few minutes on RUclips and found your channel. I'm so glad I did, and have started with this one and love it! The tempo is just right - it's doable and yet still makes me pretty breathless and aching afterwards. And I'm so glad to see the vast range of videos you have, so I can progress from here. I greatly appreciate you sharing this free content with us. Many thanks. Oh, and I love all the dogs wandering around on your videos!
Thank you and so pleased you found us to. We have some amazing beginners workouts in our beginners playlist so have fun exploring. It’s really important to start of gradually and get a good feel for your rebounder. What brand did you get?
Thank you for this amazing workout! Due to back issues I have to keep my feet on the mat. Incorporating the arms really helps increase the intensity while not having to do extreme jumping. Please keep up these amazing videos that cater to beginners and older rebounders!
Thats great and we have plenty like this you can try in our beginners playlist. I highly recommend our step by step series, rebounding for lipedema, plus size rebounding and rebounding for restricted movement.
I don't normally comment very often, but had to say this was brilliant! I got my rebounder 3 weeks ago, and went too hard too fast, and couldn't find any very basic beginner videos. Consequently I hurt my knees/calves. This is great for a beginner unlike some of the other videos saying they are for beginners but are actually too much! Thank you so much for this great fun workout to get back on track! 😁
@@sherylmcdonald8200 so pleased You found us and please try our step By step series. It’s in the playlist button. We have some really great classes for true beginners and I think this will be helpful for you

Cool. Used this for my first go on my new rebounder. Great slow start for a 67 year old hippie. Vegan hippie! I incorporated some of my Tai chi in the last 5 minutes...
Started back my programme again this week that you & Scott kindly put together for me…. So I’m getting there! This was one of the warm ups before weights… easy to follow and good to get the blood pumping! 🙌❤️
Hi, I'm new to rebounding, so I was happy to find this workout. 😊 It is very easy to follow. After I become more proficient, I'll attempt more difficult routines. Thank you and take care.

Really excellent!!! Best beginners work out I've ever seen. Scott, I bought my Bellicon over 10 years ago and had to put it away because it was bothering my back. I think you solved my problem, I'm going to give it another try thank you again!!
That’s amazing and thank you for not giving up on it. The Bellicon is a fantastic brand. Check out our other beginners videos because we have some lovely options
Thank you for making this video. I stopped exercising when gardening season began and now with the light of day not showing up until 5:30 am or so in my area, I am starting my exercise program again. This was a perfect introduction. I like the 120bpm. Thank you again!
Just found your channel today and it is the best beginners video I have found. Other so called beginner videos on other channels were way too advanced and strenous for beginners IMO. This was perfect and despite being 61 and a first timer, I managed to meep up right until the emd. Only things that could improve it is if the music was a bit quieter so we can hear you and if you had a visible countdown timer like some channels have so we can see how long we've got left to go rather than having to stop thevideo to have a look. Apart from that it was marvellous and I look forward to seeing more.
Thank you for your comments today. We have just released a new beginners class today actually so please look for that in our beginners playlist. We have many wonderful classes there and all similar to this one. Sorry about the music, we are always learning with technology etc. with regards the timer we don’t tend to like to put those on the videos unless it’s a circuit class. It’s best for people to just concentrate on the workout and the beautiful scenery and enjoy 🤩 Thank you for choosing us today Claire
This is my second week rebounding so I've been trying different ones. My calves usually start aching within 15 minutes and this workout didn't make them ache. I did feel it in my tummy area and upper legs more which I enjoyed more because my tummy needs it lol. I really enjoyed this workout. Thanks!
That was so good feeling a little exhausted by the end of the day ai really loved the moves at the end Making your brain really concentrate and work I might use that in my aqua class with the seniors 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤❤❤
Hey Scott!!! I'm not a beginner or a senior, but I amped this up and did this as a warm-up and loved it!!! Love the mind teaser movement!!! Thanks!!! 🙌🙌😀
@@sanfranfitness I will soon be one of your student as soon as the doctor says me I can restart! Now I just have to move 10 minutes a day! I was worried not able to walk anymore! But it is really better
It's been months without bouncing. I had a hip replacement 2 months ago and for a long while before that, getting on my trampoline was very difficult. As much as I loved it, I was hardly able to walk anymore, let alone bounce! 😥 Today was the day, though! My recovery has been going well and I'm getting stronger everyday, so much so that I took down my trampoline that had been sadly leaning in the corner for so long and I bounced...gently, but still...I BOUNCED!!! 😃 Thanks so much for this workout. It was exactly what I needed today and I look forward to more BOUNCING! 😅
Thank you for this video. Is rebounding (without lifting your feet from the rebounder) safe for people with cervical disk problems and degenerative disk disease? I was going to try to help with lymphatic drainage. Thanks in advance for your help
I can’t really answer that because I’m not a doctor. But I can tell you it’s amazing for strengthening bones and muscles and lymphatic drainage in the whole body
@@rebekyusa it depends because it’s all about the push down into the mat. Any low impact class can be made harder by how much effort you put into the moves. But a fast paced workout is going to raise your heart rate a little quicker but only if you can maintain that pace. I wouldn’t worry about the pace but more about how much energy you are putting in. If you come away hot and feeling like you e worked then that means you have worked hard. You do what’s right for you
Unfortunately we can’t once the video is uploaded but sorry you felt it was too much. Please check out our new workout today, rebounding for lipedema. This is another great beginners style class
Nice workout, but that MUSIC -yikes! Could you maybe find some "oldies" with the appropriate beat? That, plus this gentle workout, would be 100% enjoyable!
Sorry it wasn’t to your liking but unfortunately RUclips is very strict on what music we can use and therefore make it difficult for creators like ourselves to use pop style classics. Maybe a kinder suggestion is for you to use your own music and just follow the moves instead! You are welcome for the FREE content and thank you for your feedback.
@@sanfranfitness It was absolutely perfect… If people don’t like the volume, they can turn their device down, and if they don’t like the music, they can mute the video and play their own music while they work out… Thank you. Appreciate you keep doing what you’re doing.😊
Excuse me, if you don’t like the music, you can simply mute the video on your device and play music to your liking, while working out to the video… Have a nice day😊
@@jmk1962 Excuse me? The volume is on you not on them. If you don’t like the volume simply turn down on your device ,or you can mute your device and still work out to the video, have a nice day.
Jesus dude I think your technique was designed by orthopedic surgeons to drum up business. Your feet are way too far apart which causes your knees to point inward which is the worst thing you can do. If anything the knees should point straight ahead or ever so slightly outward.
Have you actually watched the full video because I’m not quite sure what you are seeing here? Having the feet wide apart is for stability and seeing as this is a video designed for seniors and beginners then this is essential? There is no falling in of his knees and now I’m considering have you ever stepped foot on a trampoline and participated in a class before like this? Or is this just an observation from a passer by?
Chis robbins - Rubbish critical comment. I just tried your suggestion whilst doing this workout. Moving your feet together takes away stability. I had no problem following his way of doing it . Thanks San Fran for all your great beginners workouts 😊😊😊
