    Hi! I live in Virginia in USA. I am 67 years old and started rebounding in August 2023. Last year I had a total hip replacement and I have a prolapsed bladder. I found you and want you to know this is my all time favorite workout. The beat is good and although there is bouncing, there is no jumping. My bladder can tolerate this workout. Would love to find more like this! Thank you!! Keep up the great work!!

    I just bought a rebounder and didn't much like the DVDs that came with it, so searched for a few minutes on RUclips and found your channel. I'm so glad I did, and have started with this one and love it! The tempo is just right - it's doable and yet still makes me pretty breathless and aching afterwards. And I'm so glad to see the vast range of videos you have, so I can progress from here. I greatly appreciate you sharing this free content with us. Many thanks. Oh, and I love all the dogs wandering around on your videos!

    Just found your channel today and it is the best beginners video I have found. Other so called beginner videos on other channels were way too advanced and strenous for beginners IMO.
    This was perfect and despite being 61 and a first timer, I managed to meep up right until the emd.
    Only things that could improve it is if the music was a bit quieter so we can hear you and if you had a visible countdown timer like some channels have so we can see how long we've got left to go rather than having to stop thevideo to have a look.
    Apart from that it was marvellous and I look forward to seeing more.

    I've watched a lot of other rebound workouts. They are fast pace and hard on my bladder. Does this pace give the same benefits as those faster ones.

    • @sanfranfitness
      @sanfranfitness  6 дней назад

      @@rebekyusa it depends because it’s all about the push down into the mat. Any low impact class can be made harder by how much effort you put into the moves. But a fast paced workout is going to raise your heart rate a little quicker but only if you can maintain that pace. I wouldn’t worry about the pace but more about how much energy you are putting in. If you come away hot and feeling like you e worked then that means you have worked hard. You do what’s right for you

    Jesus dude I think your technique was designed by orthopedic surgeons to drum up business. Your feet are way too far apart which causes your knees to point inward which is the worst thing you can do. If anything the knees should point straight ahead or ever so slightly outward.

    • @sanfranfitness
      @sanfranfitness  6 месяцев назад +2

      Have you actually watched the full video because I’m not quite sure what you are seeing here?
      Having the feet wide apart is for stability and seeing as this is a video designed for seniors and beginners then this is essential?
      There is no falling in of his knees and now I’m considering have you ever stepped foot on a trampoline and participated in a class before like this?
      Or is this just an observation from a passer by?
