    I just started rebounding. Looked at a lot of videos for beginners (I'm a 70 year old woman) and decided you are a good fit for me. 4 days in, 10 minutes twice a day. Really amazing how much of a workout it is, but also the effect it has on my energy and mood. I bought a lower end mini trampoline ($139) because I wasn't sure I would like it or do it. When it starts to wear. I'll go up on the brand.

      Hi and welcome! That's amazing! Many people start with only a few minutes a day, so you're way ahead of the curve. Let me know if you have any questions as you go. Definitely check out my form tutorial if you haven't already. Thanks!

      Which brand did you get for $139 and where? Thx!

      @northernillinoissasquatchr6260 16 дней назад +2

      @michellemcd8616 I bought the 40 inch Ancheer, it has bungees, not springs, is foldable,comes mostly preassembled, handlebar and attachable exercise bungees for arms (which I haven't used). Amazon had $10 coupon so mine was only $129. My friend just ordered one and the coupon that day was $25 so she only paid $115. I know it's not the highest quality one but it's a good starter for me.

    What a great routine!! We called the “windmill “ move a “pony “ when I did floor aerobics back in the 80s. lol!! I did this after hiking earlier today. Just what I needed !!

      Yes! My mom was an aerobics instructor in the 80s and 90s. I often refer to it as a pony as well!

    Thank you for all the time and effort you put into putting these videos out for us and helping all of us achieve a personal level of well-being. I was wondering if you have a video out thsat talks about how your body has changed from the very first time you stepped onto a rebounder to how you're feeling today. How has your physical and mental well-being changed? I just found your Channel I did watch one that said your abdominal area is a lot different then when you were jogging full time. Do you have any videos out for those that have not had a chance to purchase a rebounder yet but would like to do a small workout that would be helpful for their body? Looking forward to when I'm able to get my own rebounder and get started😊

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  15 дней назад +1

      Greetings! My channel is mostly rebounding content. I have stretching videos, but otherwise...all rebounding. Many of my rebounder walk workouts could be done on the floor without a rebounder. I don't have a video that talks about my own experience, but my Lymph Love series is really motivational and shows women of all ages and abilities rebounding.

    Is it normal to feel a little dizzy as a beginner? Like when you get off the trampoline at the end?

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  20 дней назад +3

      Yes, this is fairly common. You may have started with too much too soon. Lymph detoxification can have many symptoms.

    Ready to join. But first I need to purchase a Jumpsport. Im 112lbs. 5ft and have osteoporosis. I am fit and workout literally every day. Can you help me decide which to purchase? I have space and money is not an issue. I just want to take care of joints and back. Any suggestions Please?

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  18 дней назад

      Hi there! I would recommend either the Jumpsport 350 or 350Pro. Either would be excellent! If you want more space, you could bump up to the 550Pro.
