Holy Moly guacamole. My first proper cardio since my recent covid bout....felt really good. Before that did some gentle post covid workouts from earth ans owl, which were perfect to get me moving, thank you. 😊

Love the work out and crew. Not easy but not too hard either. Im impressed with yall doing it in 45 minutes. I split in half stopped and rest for 30 minutes and complete. Syre helps keep bloodsugar lower. Thanks ya'll

I really enjoy all the videos you make Your daughter’s rebounding The music The styles The other people doing their modifications It’s all so much fun What I would like to see is the ADA inclusive bar hanging person The visibility showing ANYONE can rebound despite having no legs, poor balance , or being 95yo and frail. Although we are not live with you, the intimidation and frustration can be enough to give up or not try
