    Great session. Short and powerful. Liked the music not distracting and could concentrate since the rebounder is an unstable surface and clumsy here. 😂

    I have a question, I’m 75 and over weight. I’ve bought a rebounder to help wit balance and strength as well as weight lost. I only can do small jumping and walking without leaving the pad. Is this still beneficial.

      Hi there! If you're sticking with these 10-12 minute menopause videos, I'd aim for 5-6 days a week.

      I would imagine that it's best to jump on an empty stomach.

      Some people eat a light snack and others prefer an empty stomach. I usually eat a banana or something along those lines.
