I have only been rebounding since the beginning of April; could only do 1 - 2 minutes at first. Tonight I completed this video, it was so much fun, and also very challenging!! I love it!!
Just did this one today for the first day of the 10 day challenge!! Also, I have only done about 34 minutes maximum so far, so this was my longest workout since I started bouncing. It was super fun and I did it all!!

No matter how many times I watch this, I still always laugh when Nikki says, "Some of us were cheerleaders; some of us were not." Love these moves and these ladies!
I do so much better when we're going to one side and the other side movements. Where I get screwed up is on the ones where w are doing a lot of different directions and movement with the same side when it feels like it should be alternating. It throws me off balance so sometimes I'll just alternate instead.
You can totally just alternate! Do what works for you. Are you talking about the first move where you do a tap and a knee on the same side? Those can be tricky!

I love this workout! I did this two times this week. The first time, I did OK but my moves were a little choppy. Did much better today!

Half way thru will have to do this a few times. Every time Nikki shows a alternate it throws me off my pace. Great video back to last 20 minutes.
