@@EarthOwl I usually like to stick to the 40-45 minute workouts so that I can get a nice stretch or foam roll in before work. It helps with the long day of sitting.

Finally got a chance to try this. It is great for the arms. I did 20 minutes and will do some more tomorrow. Don’t have enough shoulder strength to do full video at once-yet

Sometimes Jumpsport offers them new WITH the color bungees. They are restocking mid-April and should have some color choices available. They are usually limited edition and sell out quickly. Otherwise you buy with the standard black and can order the color ones extra.
My Lymph Love crew did it in probably 3-4 months. Many of them did not own rebounders when they first started and were only rebounding a few times a week. Loved this format! I had to modify some of the higher arm moves due to a bad shoulder (prior injury), but I really enjoyed it.

I'm new to rebounding. I'm 200 lbs. Can't get airborne. I can only bounce with my feet on the mat. Is it my mat or cause I'm too heavy?
It's very possible it's the rebounder tension. What type of rebounder are you using?
@EarthOwl it's a cheap one. I paid 150.oo or less. I think it said I could raise the tension though. I am going to try that
