This was so easy to adapt to my speed and level. I wasn’t able to keep up with the faster jumps, but kept the move and timing with the easier jump. Thank you for a fun one, boy did it get me sweating!

Yes, this one is for you!! Not sure if this is the style Latin music you were after, but it's what I could come up with in my copyright free selections. Most of it was tagged as Guaracha electronic dance music with a few Latin pop hits mixed in. My crew really enjoyed it!! The quick quick slow format is a brain challenge. We often chit chat during our workouts, but we were all focus for this one!

It was a tough one for sure!! We actually filmed this one twice (something we never do) because our first run through was rough. Lots of counting and focus!!
I almost gave up after round 1 as I was very uncoordinated today. Basically ended up doing my own thing but kept going and most everything went well on the other rounds-well still not perfect but I at least looked like I was keeping up. Brain work is very good for me. I did wear shoes today and usually don’t so I wonder if I also needed to get used to that at first.

Exactly why we choose to repeat 3x. These were tough little combos. Repeating really helped get the brain and body working together! Thanks, Sue!
