Watching your channel grow has been so inspiring, you’ve come a long way from when I first discovered you through my dear friend. This particular playlist is really invigorating; I did my warmup with your 1 mile 2,000 Steps Rebounder Walk Workout. This set me up to get seriously airborne with your 30 minute Motown Trampoline Rebounder Walk Workout. You keep it low but I dare anyone to try and stop yourself from catching air, the music is just that good. It didn’t stop there cause I was having way too much fun. On to your 120bpm Disco Rebounder Walk Workout 40 minutes 🙂. Be warned, once you are airborne you aren’t coming down 😉😆. What an awesome workout. Ready to start my day 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
What a treat! Fabulous music and moves. I like the little "preview" clip before the next move. I got to 110 bpm as I am still relying on the bar on occasion. Also at 67 yo, I am cognizant of keeping my balance . . . goals to use less of the bar and aspire to raise bpm as I acclimate and speed up to match the beat of the music. Thanks so much, Nikki!
Perfect workout for me today. Can be challenging to do the arms along with the moves I did as best I could. Thank you Nikki you are amazing & love with you sing along with the music. You always have a smile on your face. 😊
Loved the moves with the music! Even my brain got a bit of a workout every third minute combining the preceding 2 moves, my combinations weren't always successful, lol, but I kept moving and had so much fun 😊
Great 🎉 I struggle with coordination of arms and legs but I must give myself grace and continue. This is a good one for me. I love the music and simple foot moves.
This was my first "longer" workout and I LOVED it! I really enjoy Motown music and can't wait to try the Swing video!! I do find that my arms and legs have a hard time coordinating. 🙂❤
