I am 42 and do all kinds of workouts, even a lot of high impact stuff. But for rebounding Paul is my go to! I have screws and rods in my spine and many of the other rebounding videos are just too high impact for me and my back doesn't quite feel right after. I may not be a senior yet, but hopefully I'll be bouncing with you into my senior years!
So good to hear. believe it or not I have some lower back issues too. That is why I bounce and walk and my body thanks me.

I just Finished doing this my way . HA HA not Trampoline but I did do it. I have had two and got rid of them because they take up so mulch room but am thinking of getting another . Thanks Paul love your workouts always different

If you're a senior and nervous about balance do you have any advice or tips about using a rebounder trampoline? I really want to get one but I'm nervous about falling off.
I usually do my rebounder with a safety bar. You will see that alot if we search my channel for trampoline workouts. The bar is a good assistance to use until you built up confidence to bounce without a bar.

I use two different brands. Bcan or Leaps and Rebounds. They are both 48 inches.
