      Thanks so much. I changed my diet and stopped eating all fried foods, no more fast food restaurants and I cook from home baked food only, lots of vegetables and fruits.

      Thanks, I was really short on time and I wanted to do something. As far as my diet, I cut out all fried foods, and fast-food restaurants. I cook from home now, eats lots of vegetables and fruits. I still have my chicken and steak but baked only.
